And my wall paint colour all are damage but luckly got home insurance to protect our home content and manage to replace new painted wall with the same brand and colour. His friend from the same company took over the job and complete the whole process for us. Total seller pay 1% comm and myself 1% comm.

Maybe is the agent that die die want 60k and maybe the agent dun even inform the seller that you have offer 50k. Some agent will keep the counter offer from seller and use this so call last offer 50k to gain more COV from other buyer that interested in the flat.

Hi, mine also same case like you. I dun waste time talk to them, I email to TC and said it a fire safety hazard to my family as their cloth in just infront of my main door blocking my escape route if anythings happen. Remember to send with photo and their house unit number. I waited for about 2month, I see cloths are still the same hanging there. This time round I email back to TC and also the MP in-charge of the area. Within 1week, cloth and metal hanger are gone for good. Haha, you must keep sending email to them unitl things are solve. I think you are lucky to be given as 5weeks is the earliest. My 1st appt is 14weeks and 2nd appt is 5weeks after requesting from them.
