The $1 should be perm for now till maybe few years later she may intend to increase her mthly instalment when she is back to working force. So how many % she actually need? That time we blur blur both asked to take up 100% HPS by our lawyer firm. -
Hi everyone, I got a question in my mind regards to Home Protection Scheme (HPS). Currently my monthly installment of $801 is fully deduct from my CPF. $800 from my CPF and $1.00 from my wife CPF. My wife and myself both brought 100% Home Protection Scheme (HPS) from CPF. My question is, since my wife only deduct $1.00 from her CPF monthly for the installment so is it necessary for her to brought 100% HPS too ?

Hi, Here is the latest The median Cash-Over-Valuation (COV) amount amongst all resale transactions increased to $30,000 in 2nd Quarter 2010. The proportion of resale cases transacting above valuation also increased to 96%. Please go to the below HDB website as I not sure how to attach. http://www.hdb.gov.sg/fi10/fi10296p.nsf/Pr...F8?OpenDocument

Can I Report This?
davidbslee replied to Taby's topic in HDB New/Resale Flats, Executive Condominiums
My share is best to check HDB recent resale price from the HDB website by Blk number and location. When during my hunting for flat, I forget to check HDB recent resale price and give my COV counter offer to seller but luckily difference not alot from the HDB recent resale price. -
