Hi everyone, Anyone can advice me on the below question that I have in mind to clear...
A) Currently I have sign OTP for my flat but my agent is the same as seller. I got my own lawyer and seller got his own, so since we are having the same agent then for my lawyer part should my agent involve? And do I need to inform my lawyer we are having the same agent as seller?
B) Is it true that when agent is able to get 1st appt date for seller and buyer, that means the seller has already meet the minimum occupation period for his HDB flat?
C) Is it true that seller and buyer will have to submit the resale application to HDB for processing after the buyer have exercised the option before flat valuation report expired?
By the way, my agent have already book my 1st appt before exercise.
