I have finish my final inspection in the afternoon. Just now our agent with all party are there to settle and understand to case. The tenant is a only lady and its her agent that took her money and agree to find her a replace flat if she need to shift out early. But her agent never get back to her and never find replacement flat for her. The tenant has been finding and calling the agent but the agent keep saiding she is busy and will call her back but never happen. That agent MIA and the agent got alots of diff number. The tenant mother, call the agent company but was told dun have this agent in their company. The tenant currently has get another agent to found a flat to move and manage to find her a flat but only can move in this sunday. So out of good will and after seeing the tenant is seriously know how we feel about this as she is a divorcee and she is waiting for her divorce paper next month then she can get to go buy a flat. We have got a black & white with our agent witness. Never thought of this kind of issus will happen to us....

Hi, Can anyone give me some advice on my current problem. 2 more days will be my 2nd appt but just now the owner call me up said their tenant till now still unable to find a flat to move out and the tenant actually ask owner for somemore day for them to find flat. The owner told them, 2 more day I will be handing over house ownership to me during 2nd appt. The owner is not staying there, only tenant stay there. What should I do?? I already have arrange my ID and to start hacking renovation work on this weekend. I need advice urgently, thank you.

Oh, I requested to delivery on april as my new house reno will only start work straight after CNY and finish about end march. I too kaisu and order first. I am thinking to get their promotion tv console + coffee table package leh.. Hmmm, I see next week if free will drop by again.

Is it Hommage? Did you told them yr intend delivery date? I just got a wardrobe from them and I feel sale service (Eric) is quite good and friendly. Hopefully my delivery will be smooth in April.

Hmmm, too late liao. I have been searching for white gloss bedroom set but unable to find any..., I pay deposit on the bed frame already and got myself a 8ft tall white gloss finishing wardrobe at Hommage today

Yup, last time my bedframe from them also. I use for 7years and still good. That why I go star furniture to look for bedframe again. Today will go down look again.

Hi, today went to Star Living Mall at upper thomson branch and saw this New Arrival GINO Universal High Gloss White BedFrame which cost $890. I have been looking around for high gloss white type bedframe. Anyone has any comment on this bedframe?

I brought a 3'NG' Tampines flat (High floor, original condition) 1min to MRT and other malls. OTP at 12k during July but due to seller MOP got some problem so OTP has been delayed till AUG after appeal has been successful. Waited for 1month for the HDB approval, lucky I never go find other flat. We OTP again on the AUG and our previous OTP offer during july at 12k cov promise by seller. My 1st appt just done few days back. I find out that currently this flat location, people are asking 20k to 50k Do I consider lucky? Waited very long for this flat, luckily manage to push 2nd appt 5weeks later. -
My agent is also seller agent because I call to view the flat as I got no agent. I was told to pay 1% as agent fee to my agent. I always thought is a rule to follow. Something like seller 2% and buyer 1% if same using agent. Recently I just finish my 1st appt and seller told me they only pay 1% to our agent. I told my wife about it but my wife said never mind as agent also need to eat, I confuse. Since my wife ok with it, I also never go talk about it and look forwards to our 2nd appt in 5weeks time Do you think I should only give my agent the comms cheque only after the final inspection of the flat just before 2nd appt?

Mine is a resale 3rm corridor flat. I understand that most of the people having corridor flat will do their window in silding type which will be more nicer but I wanted to have my flat brighten up so was thinking to install a better nicer lourve window, more fresh air will pass throught my flat. Anyone did lourve window type can show some picture?

1) So you mean the stamp duty will auto deduct from my CPF? 2) You mean lawyer fees must paid by cash first? 3) How we claim via reimbursement? Lawyer will help us do reimbursement ? -

How come 1st appt need to pay Stamp Duty? By cash? I was told can be paid by using CPF when I check with my lawyer last time. My 1st appt coming soon on the 17th Dec. -

Hi bros and sis, Currently my agent is hospitalise and he is in ICU for the past 1month and now his colleague agent is helping him to do all the paper work. The OTP is still sign under my agent name. His colleague agent told us if during the 1st appointment my agent still hospitalise, she can on the spot change the agent name to her. Means she will become my agent as well as seller agent from that onwards. Because seller and myself is having same agent. My concern here is, can my agent colleague represent us as our agent on the spot during 1st appointment at the HDB resale office? Pls advice me as I have been waited for so long for this flat, dun want last min screw up Hopefully my agent recover soon as he is quite a nice agent. God bless him to recover well.

Hi everyone, I would like to know whether is it better to do renovation after 1st appt or its better to do after 2nd appt? Let said, seller willing to let you do renovation after 1st appt. Thank you very much for helping me on the breakdown, I join this forum then know yr company. Currently I have OTP with $5,000 so that means I will still have to come out $7,000(cash) for the COV part, correct? Agent fees is 1% + GST of Purchase Price =$3,071 (cash) So total of amount I must have is $23,821 (cash) , correct?
