    importantly not to pass a cash or cash cheque to your renovator, always ensure the cheque issued to the company & get the official recept. cause very often the clients like to ask "who should i issue to", and those fellow whom just came back from casino will answer them "just write Cash cheque will do" or some even say "write my name also can"....and the money never goes back to their company
