    Well actually, even the doctor should explain to you what will be expecting throughout the operation, any changes on the way shall make note to the signature family member when you were unconscious. I suggest you read before signing the contract, not to be surprise after. Even though, this is very clear that you could log a complain to case for being not professional.

    No changing of windows within first 3 years of a new flat?- I would not know, but I guess no one would change the windows for the first 3 years right? Basically, they do not want to change the outlook of the flat. No hacking of kitchen and toilet tiles within first 3 years?- that is to ensure no damage to the water proofing, but they have allowed over laying means the option has given. No false ceiling for kitchen and toilet?- Well, no encourage to have it because they do not want to responsible for recovery your false ceiling when there is a need to service water seepage down the road. No 2 pin friendly electrical outlets?- Well, there are some china brand that carry a 2 pin cover over the 3pins.

    Suppose the consultation, coordination & drawing are chargeable, but because the fees have been waved off due to the market practise, so I see that it is fair for ID to do a mark up for the work. Renovation costing are merely based on how much things that you are buying, everything does come with a price, it maybe a minimum reno for just doing up the flooring with Kitchen cabinet, or over spending includes decorative features, price range from $12K to $50K really depend on your spending power. Another good example is, some people might spend $50K just for a set of high-end Kitchen cabinet!
