    Noted For preapproved item such as replacing of wall & floor tile will take 3 days, only HDB licensed contractor are authorised to submit, and is on line. Here recently come a situation, application of all demolished of walls, topping up of floor- normally only takes 7 working days to approve, now busy period, HDB's HQ may take 3 weeks, so don't be surprise if your application takes more than one month still no news..... I kana left right from my home owner so much recently....

    I've a foreigner customer who was not able to open the door lock to enter her old apartment during the renovation, she had make a big noise and claim that the old door lock was perfectly fine before handling over the house to us, we gotten locksmith and was charged $500 with the owner present, the locksmith explained to us that the apartment has aged and this was not the first lock he replaced. She never agreed with him and insist we must pay for it, I knew if I don't pay for it then the renovation will not be able to continue, what do you guys think?

    Selecting someone to renovate for your expensive house is a difficult decision, is like buying a I phone if you can remember, you hear you read about it and yet decided to purchase one to try, We are not telling you how perfect we are but you can be sure that we are not cheating away your money, and our mission is to complete your renovation task for you to move in. NO renovation are ZERO defect- that you have to bare it in mind, the reason why our customer selecting us is because we are well known as in responsive to our job. Hope my explanation are clear

    Have sent you email sentinel, BTO were precast with concealed wiring & piping, any intention of concealing must get a proper approval with HDB & structural engineer

    Sorry to say, Any HDB Renovation commencement date from 01-Dec onwards all have to use Prepack screed and No more usual sand+black cement, means to say the Tiling work will be much higher & more time consuming, Cost will be up by +25% Example: for a Living Hall, usual tiling completing cost are $2,600, Dec onwards will be $3,300 My advise is: obtain the renovation start date before Dec to avoid the higher material cost Bad News for all BTO owner, HDB No more providing free cement screed from 1st-Oct onwards, think the reason is because they try to get away from the high price of this Prepack screed as mentioned above....smart moved

    TODAY- 20+ over work site unit in Pasir Ris St 51 were force to open up their door to check on concealed wiring! Our Best advise for now is "Do not even thinking about conceal anything in your BTO"

    Ya the HDB cement contractor told me that they HDB have stopped providing free cement screeding from 1st OCT onwards, a few of my clients were lucky to sign with me before the dot as I told them to apply on the next date after meeting up with me

    WARNING! for conceal electrical wiring in your BTO are illegal .......Any advise? Recently it was reported that some id were facing $$ fine by relevant authorities for hacking on walls & ceiling to conceal wiring, BTO that has recently being spot check on: Anchorvale Link, Tampines Not sure how true can it be but better be safe than Sorry

    you can try this method, ask your worker to apply water proofing on the screed wall before the craftstone, you will definitely enjoy your shower every now & then

    they are craft stone- more for decoration & is not waterproof cause the gaps can't sealed with grout, it is obviously Not-anti-dust
