Huh? btw, i have came across HDB rejected layed of hollow block for these compartment wall due to weight load, they then permitted me by changing it to light weight block.

Nope, we did that when we first started up business, respond was good but there are too much question & hidden cost inside. Today we do not encourage our company to make the same thing like before, we believe what you buy are what you get.

can try matt surface homogenous tiles, several colours & selection, i will recommend lian seng hin and hafary tile shop, sales person there can help you to place sample on floor for you to test try.

This has infact make me think of a way to lay it under the topping up floor, HDB has allowed topping up kitchen floor with EPF form, we may modify through this method and create a drain with removable cover to hide the gas piping ofcoz an induction cooker is a better solution cause it will cost around 1k for implementing our new method, but don't forget it will cost $1k plus for buying induction cooker plus a few hundred dollars to lay 30Amp light point. Feel free to call me if you need to know more about Induction cooker or the new method

Only way out is using Cylinder gas tank, unless you dare to conceal the gas piping on floor...

as long you keep a safe height of 1m away from the window & not less than 2.4m from false ceiling is permitted by HDB. if not they will ask you to remove it.
