Finally found free time to take photograph for my ex-Boss new 3-storey house, since CNY.... it's a 5.5million semi d with private swimming pool, the house is too big for excercise all you need to do is to walk around and climb to 3 storey. Design idea was handled by a design director in brand industry, Designer House supervised and provide schedule and project managing to complete just right before CNY for my Boss to move in.

Found out from my Admin staff that there are Forumers drop by our showroom while we were out for work. wrong, HDB consider Kitchen as dry area before but now they need it to be water proof so it's wet area. convertion is uncertain can be approved due to cooking activity is not allowed outside original kitchen area, and you need to ensure the floor thickness can suit ping pong floor trap and fully water proof with water proof prepack mortar, when all the necessary are comply, you need to indicate them in the application and submit to them for further approval. You might want to indicate to them that you will not be using gas cooker and is using induction cooker instead.

Glad to hear that we have a silent reader reading our thread every now and then, we enjoyed bull**** & laughing over with him about the kampong time, our government new baby strategy,crying ghost in army camps, nevertheless, the house finally handover so Thanks for your time we will talk about those things sometimes

Seriously, there are wholeseller selling them at $28 or so, but they can only provide 2 Weeks warrenty and their question to you are: " what else do you want us to do for twenty dollars light?" "go ahead to complain to lemon law then"
