    wow Thanks for comment armani123sg indeed i am superbusyman who can't find responsible admin staff for my daily account key-in, so i've decided Not to hire anymore admin staff, and rather do everything my own, and has made me double busy haha. in Chinese there is a say: "took somebody's money, settle somebody's problem" sad to say, i am facing a few of the people who avoid our chaser after job has completed, which make me even busier

    Have been dreaming about having a bar counter, we have done the impossible out from the narrow kitchen space, and it Totally stunning! The Black & White Kitchen is a requirement, but cannot be so simple, have to add in some detail, LED lighting has make it enhanced!

    The Young Couple whom introduced by the cousin, after several meeting always after 7pm, we have finalized & proceed with renovation... They Loved the idea of expanding the Master Room & eat into BR2 and convert that into their walk-in-wardrobe (wardrobe photos not shown because they have so many cloths during shooting), i buy their idea of having hollywood light over clear mirror, you see every white hairs for sure.     3-year restriction period on removal of toilets wall and floor finishes The toilets in your flat come with wall and floor finishes. As the toilets are designed to be wet areas, a waterproofing membrane has been laid on the cement screed before laying the floor finishes. This is to prevent water from leaking through the ceiling of the flat immediately below your flat. Hence, flat owners are not allowed to replace the toilet floor and wall finishes provided by HDB/developer for a period of 3 years. Flat owners may however lay new toilet floor finishes over the existing floor finishes using adhesives. The 3-year restriction period will commence from the completion date of the block.
