Thanks for Photo Taking arrangement by our ID Lynn with the owner, it's a Sat evening.
with the help of my friend who just came back from Australia, we arrived Don & Parveen 's new house,
the first impression of the house is the grey/white/black colour that catches my eye, then the impressive TV console is keeping us busy, cause
there are so many display compartment and i think the design is Tip-Top   
it's a pretty decent BTO project, we have overlaid marble effect wall tiles to their Master Bathroom,
a set of Kitchen cabinet with a breakfast table corner, the detailing of the Kitchen cabinet was well planned, and the owner are happy with the result it came out to be.
The owner then told me that they wanted to move in fast, and Lynn has compromised in 4 weeks which we normally need 6-7 weeks for a project like this

Kitchen Cabinet is almost worth investment in every household in Singapore,
it is a must-to-have item and wife to-show-off to her friends.

Couple Pei Kwang & Wee Sing found me in Renotalk, they have decided to hand their new home at Punggol Waterway Brooks to me, we taken most of our sweet time to complete this project...it take more than half a year to complete the whole set up, since most of the furniture are purchased on line.
They have contacted me yesterday about the house is ready for photo shooting, and i would like to do more with video shooting cause recently everybody are doing that

The Owner has Opt for flooring and would wish to keep their budget low and yet hoping that the design can keep up to a higher standard, in order to show off to their relative who just posted in Magazine.
We have several meeting at more than half a year ago just to confirm the budget and design, and execute to complete the project after 3 months.
The end result are amazing, Both owner and i felt so Satisfaction for participating in this project

The Yound Designer has converted a small condo unit to be a luxury showroom for the owner,
Designer House is Honored to participate in the design-and-built with this wonderful prototype into real.

I have engaged Designer House's Ronald for my new condo unit.  

I've known Ronald since we were in our Secondary school. He's the kind of person which is persistence of what he wants and he will get it done.

He listen to my opinion on take it positively and redesign base on my need. Like most renovation, there are always some changes here & there but he always gave me an impression - No Problem with a smile !

My overall impression of Ronald was very good and strongly recommend to anyone who is looking for a real profession who has passion in his works. I always believe that if a person has passion in his work, he will will excel.

By the way, this is my second house. My 1st house was also done by him and sold at the highest transaction price in my area at the time (2 months ago). Most people may think they don't want to put too much monies in their renovation but when come to selling, it make a different when you have competitions. You command higher and easier to sell. This could be possible if you also maintain it well and have a good location.
