  1. Oh, no wonder it looks so familiar.. Keke.. I also shortlisted this mixer wor. I bought a Crizto White Tub already. $270 (excl GST). Bought it becos the size is exactly the same as the current one. and my bathroom walls are almost same type as yours too.. haha.. spa bath!
  2. i haven't done before but i have a friend who did.. she has lived in her current house for almost 8 years, everything white has turned yellow and stained..
  3. wow! nice bath area! btw, what is the brand of your bath mixer huh?
  4. never seen this brand before.. where to get from? is it a 3 ring burner? btw, EF ovens good?
  5. Hey, welcome to RT! Yeah, the place is in great condition, just need cleaning up. congrats on getting your new place!
  6. actually i shortlisted on ellane then i saw EF's cast iron rings and I'm sold... the shop's boss told me it's better for heavy cooking, cos the other brands comes with the shiny coated type which will peel over time, and that's what happened to my previous hob. of cos the cheap price is another bonus!
  7. wow, that's fast! envious envious.... enjoy your new house!
  8. the stucco wall and the veneer L box looks really good! can't wait to see the pix of the place when it's done!
  9. lots of bass? you both party animals right? kekeke.
  10. i think we are the bad ones. was telling another friend of ours also doing reno that we keen on a particular Anthony Gallo speakers. He went ahead and bought 8 pcs while we didn't, and settled on a normal 5.1 HTS c/w speakers. wahaha... haha.. i must start chanting "live here for 5 years only, i want to upgrade"... then it might just come true?
  11. haha... my hubby also very keen to get la.. so both of us were kinda floating on the idea until some friend pull us back to the ground. oh ya.. that kind of price is quite alright hor? branded leh. 'we will be stay in there are a LONG time.. " starting your chanting already ah? kekeke...
  12. i didn't... but i place all the heavy stuff at the bottom.. it's quite wide la... it won't topple that easily..
  13. ivar or gorm? mine is the one you posted on pix. i load really heavy stuff on them and it's okay.. didn't crash on me wor. but i didn't check the weight of the items i put on it la.. but really, how heavy will household items be? each shelf can hold 50kgs leh.. the other one i have is not even secured with bolts. just those small pcs of metal you insert into the holes to hold it up.. i remember when i assembled, i even had my hubby held the poles so the thing don't fall apart leh.. and it can hold 30 bottles of wine with the wine racks. and it's slimmer than the gorm ones.
  14. well, take that as a chance to clear out what you don't need and rarely use. Gnee Hong! Thanks... I will check it out.. wana get one for my little girl.
  15. never have a liking for those metal shelvings.. they look so industrial leh.. i prefer ikea wood ones.. been using for 8 years, heavy duty and it served me well... i'm getting ikea wood shelves again for my new place.. ikea you gotta diy le.
  16. i've bought the bowls from muji before.. still in great condition.. i'm a bigger fan of their stationery and toiletries products.. this is my favourite brand! my mechanical pencil from 11 years ago still working so well!
  17. well. hobbitons very cosy wor... that's nice too... welcome to RT btw!
  18. haha.. well... you will only know after you live there for 5 years at least.. probably you might want a change of environment then? sometimes, when i think of wanting to splurge on fittings, i will think that i won't be able to take them away when i move leh... then i will try not to spend... i wanted hansgrohe too, even shortlisted already, then hubby's friend changed our mind... and make our wallets happy.. keke... well, i wasn't that happy though.
  19. that's why i say i chicken lor.. wahaha... btw, why you need so many clocks in your kitchen ah?
