Bought Dunlopillo mattress from Courts long time ago.
Since yesterday, I tried to contact them to confirm the delivery time but unfortunately I am not able reach them by all means they provided: 1800-2226868, 67935676, by their web site contact form etc. none of them works.
I hanged on phone for about 1 hour but nobody willing to pickup the phone, really sucks!
if they don't want to answer customer's phone, why they provide the numbers to waste customers' time. Anyone in this forum ever got through their customer service lines?
