  1. Concrete wall and normal door? on average, roughly how much
  2. Hi, Anyone knows roughly how much does it cost to put back a wall and create a door? that was originally hacked down to merge 2 rooms into one. tks
  3. I got a friend who bought a 4Rm A at Bishan. 2nd level, 107 sqm. And the valuation was 408k. Guess this is the market price for a 4rm in Bishan area and the higher level you go, the higher the valuation. This mean affordable? hoho... Dont be surprised a 4Rm can be valuated at 600k in 5 yrs time.
  4. Oh yah.. talking about this. Normally how reliable is the technical officer from HDB coming down to do the inspection? Under one of the clause in the leter, it actually mention about getting our own technical inspector to conduct a check as well in addition to the one from HDB. Although that was optional, should you find out about anything illegal staffs or later HDB found out, we the buyers will be responsible for it. Though it doesnt really make much sense- who else is more experience than the HDB officers, anyone encounter this before? Did you get your own inspector?
  5. Goodness.. Its really alot... what happened to the HDB Resale market.. why the shoot-up... And it seems like the higher you go in terms of level the greater the difference between average 4-rm. I was wondering if 4-rm hdb can fetch 600k in 5 yrs time. Morever, with the recent development of DBSS, by the time owners are eligible to sell, taking into consideration that probably they spend around 500k+ for a 4-room, they may want to sell for at least 700k+ to earn some profits? This probably will increase the demand as well as price for normal 4-rm hdb. yeah?
  6. It is necessary for the seller to build back the wall after before the buyer takes over? Or if they have seek approval from HDB then they are not liable to build back.
  7. Best is side aside some cpf for the rainy days just in case you are out of job, etc you still have some to tide you thru the monthly installment
