Hope everything will go sui sui for you, beany! I am also looking forward to the handover end Sep. I must say the progress so far is quite ok, but all the purchases for bathroom accessories, sinks and taps, lights, curtain, blinds, hood and hob have caused quite a big hole in the pocket! It's really heart pain especially with the current economy, my boss has already made it clear there will be no bonuses :-(

I went to Royal Fanco yesterday and I must say although the shop didnt look impressive with limited display sets, uncle henry was very helpful in bringing out the taps, etc. The price is really much cheaper than the place at balestier where i bought the WC and basins. Luckily, i didnt buy the accessories there. Altogether, i spent about $1,200 at RF and i would say it's reasonably priced. A word of caution to forumers, I find that some shops claim that they have gst and they use that as discounts for you, but then on the invoice, it's not gst registered. These are some tricks that sales use and now i have learnt.

Omg... this is really contractor's negligence! Should get some compensation.. you have my support, beany!

Hihi, just want to update that i have selected ideal design, and work has started since yesterday. It was a pretty difficult choice but after much deliberation, finally decided on ideal -- hopefully wont regret!!! Once it's near completion, I will post some pictures on this forum - i have learnt a great deal from this forum and i hope others can benefit from my experience too! :-)

beany0811, does your kitchen cabinet come with anti-slam? I find that their quotation for the kitchen cabinet on a higher side, so am wondering if it does come with anti-slam, if so, i dont mind paying the price :-)

I guess there is no perfect ID, bound to have hiccups here and there, what we can hope for is that they are kept to a minimum. I think we should have a decision by this weekend.. So exciting! :-)

oh.. I'm actually considering them for my reno...:-(
