ARRGGGHHHHHH!!!!! My other car kana scratch again!!!!! This time it is badly scratched!! Plus 1 of the tyres deflated again!! I park at deck 2B last nite near the washing bay... and once again nearby the central staircase!! ****! should have learnt my lesson!!

Where did you park your car when your car was being scratched? I park it at deck 3B by the central staircase. I'm wondering if this fellow was going down the staircase and conveniently start performing his acts...

Hi there I have received a "message from police" yday whereby recently there had been cases of mischief to vehicles in our MSCP. I inspected my car and realised that my car also kanna. There are scatches on the bonnet, left side front & rear door, left front tyre being deflated, left front tyre vault cap missing. Have reported to the police last nite. Do check your car in case it had been pampered too... Anyone else's car here also kanna?

I'm thinking of getting an instant heater for MBR toilet and use the the storage heater for the common toilet since it free and there will be less usage in the common toilet. In this way, it can reduce some unnecessary cost too. Anyone doing that? In addition, my ID was suggesting to box up the pipe in the kitchen ceiling costing $350! Are there any purpose for it? since the kitchen cabinet will be able to hide it... hmmm....

Hi Redwyrm Sorry for the delay in responsing. had been very busy the last few days... But just to share, currently the cheapest reno loan are from OCBC & RHB bank. Reducing balance at 6.25% (equivalent to flat rate of 3.34% per annum). However there are penalty charge for early termination of RHB loan. As for Hitachi, it is at a flat rate of 4.5%. The info was from the quote of an agent for banks & finance companies. You might wanto get obtain more information in your decision making. I'll PM you her contact shortly. Hope this helps. Whoa! it takes us exactly 40mins to sign & sign to get our keys! From into the room to out of the room. Din expect it to take so long... Btw, when we went to the power supply yday, i went to confirm with the staff abt the 3 day supply thingy, i asked the counter lady who told us there are no 3 days power supply at all! My fren has a question, so am thinking to post it here if anyone is aware of an answer... should flooring be done first or electrical works be done first? per some ppl, they manage to hide the wiring under the floor in order not to see the long boxes all over the wall. However, some contractor says its against the HDB rules. is it true? and seeing all those boxes all over the wall - no nice leh...

I've got a general quotation from 1 of the ID. those standard package pricing for 4rm & 5rm are stated ard 14K & 15K respectively. are there any hidden items which is not included as i believe most of those quotation you all have get was ard 20+K. Hi Darwing for my case, both side of our parents hadnt seen each other b4 until the day of my rom. and the very first time they sit down together and talk, was over food tasting. initially i oso worry like very "Kan Ka" and strange to put 2 families over the meal just like that... but things went smoothly... they just start talking....
