in my opinion yr ID is pretty honest. Most ID here in Spore are in for a killing, HACKing flooring and stuffs are their best income ! On overlay over existing flooring, there are mainly 2-3 points to note : a) making sure the existing does not have a history of water-proofing issue..... with yr frd down-stair ! b) u will have to remove doors to trim the bottom to fit the extra thickness. c) good contractor needed to avoid tiles poping in future.... not just workmanship...but also the cement used !

Above 2, and 3 are not reccommended. Thomson nursery is good as there are many selection.

Think they are using another company in Woodland , they are just sub-con to others. Is it the man and China wife team ? Heard their workmanship and coordination is pretty bad.

Hi, think formica is wood base.... may not be ideal for wet area. Vinyl is plastic base ........thats why its last till now.

Hi got a quote from Lye Choon Furniture & Renovation. Price seems reasonable but was afraid of getting conn.
