hahahhahaa....becos only reno kitchen n two bathrooms....all the other rooms...only painting...some furniture in onli....haven really deco the living room becos still deciding what painting to hang....same to dining area....for mbr...hahahahaha....we using back our own bed becos....haven customery....soo haven bot bed yet....dun wan waste $$ buy now...sleep on it n then when customery....need to change bed again....becos need to 安床, everything must be new in mbr....oso....hven tink of how to deco the room....i wan put decal....hubby not really like the idea....soo hv to find painting to hang oso....

what to do....that's ID job...if they dun earn...what they get in return??? free service???? more or less, they will find ways to 'eat' u... i only bot face-plates leh....as what i mentioned....the back case is already inside the wall...no need soo much hassel to dig it out n replace the whole thing....eventually, we just want the outlook to be swee swee, right??? unless those kitchen power point....u will need to get with back case becos we hv our tiles on...so the power points r pertruding out, right? not sure u get what i meant??? maybe i take foto n show u...

*pat pat on the shoulder* dun be sad....everything will be over n u will see ur swee swee walls eventually.... y not u spend one or half a day with the painters when they start to repaint after cny....c how they do it....(not that becos u dun trust ur contractor)...i meant what they told u, might not be what u see mah.....my previous owner oso dunnu use what sh** paint...cannot be painted off easily....we covered with 3 coats of wall sealer before covering with the color we want....otherwise, it will not be the desired color that we want....u need to c if ur painter did paint with wall sealer 1st anot....and there's no such things as add 'expensive' thing into the paint....it only dilute the paint.... the above is just my layman point of view.....or u can check with ossify....he is the handy-man...properly he can advice u more in professional point of view....kekekekekekee......

ling... thats too obvious on the wall...need to tell ur contractor to re-do the painting....all my walls we did not do plastering...(forgotten if previous owner did it anot)....also look quite uneven when close look....my mbr....we removed the whole head board left over by previous owner...dan the mark was there....we painted two time with wall sealer....dan paint with color....total is like 4times of paint....now still will c the mark left behind by the head board but not as obvious as wat u show....if can...re-plaster that wall...i regretted did not plaster that all...haiz~~~

i belief the portion u stated 'top up quote' is for the changing of plates? alamak....sooo ex ahhh.... wah lieww....ur ID trying to 'threaten' u ahh....if we cannot buy from outside just becos no warranty, then all those shope we bot from....close door liao lol....No!!!...such plates wun get spoilt easily one lah....can last till u move to next hse....anyway...how can u make it spoilt easily in the 1st place...??? if toking abt warrant....my whole hse switches...warranty-less lol...becos i bot the face-plates n hubby changed them....must asked ur ID....what kind of warranty he referring to leh....if really got warranty thingy...dan make sure u make it spoilt every 1mth....so that they will come n change for u....then every now n then u got brand new switch...

ehhhh~~this i not sure worr...maybe ossify can ans to ur qns or when u buy the switch from choo chiang or chee kong, just tell them u staying in hdb or private....they will noe which to recommand u....
