hihi ossify... hahahaha...ID said that the mosac shld 'eat into' the fridge area abit becos we haven bot our fridge yet....soo we just take the very 'standard' measurement for the tile uncle to build up the base....if let say, we happen to buy a very small fridge...n there's gap there...@ least ppl will still c the mosac...not the tiles...of cos, we will try to buy the 'right size' lol....becos...the fridge position in facing the kitchen door...it used to be @ the corner end...if we gg to put back the same position, we will need to do much longer cabinet worr...(which costs more becos our package come with 20ft cabinet nia...)...u dun c the drawing showing short short cabinets....they add up to be 25ft liao worrr.... hope u can 'visualise' my explanation.....

drawing by ID... carpenter uncle do a exact measure last sat....and found out the basin too big...if so...he will need to narrow down the drawers lol....no chloice...he will be moving the drawers to the other end (extreme end where the hob is)...@ least i can hv a decent drawers size...n not the 'mini-nature' type...so the existing drawers area (from drawing) will be convert to 2-doors open cabinets lol.....i think shld be ok bahhh.... but wat make me excited is the RED color....hahahaha the top cabinet will be pearl white so as to blend in the Red...solid top will be black as flooring is black lol....hubby showed MIL the color....she commented too RED worr.... hope the result will be good!!!

Bad news on Sat....air con uncle went up to check the piping before his man start work on mon and when i was on the way to new home....hp Ring~~~air con uncle said he was there and he tried to turn on the air con....Alamak~~~got wind only....he waited for awhile...it still dosen't get cold....he asked us to checked and call him back.....when we reach home....hubby check the air con....*fainted* the compressor motor not working....this time *hiam* liao....we called back air con uncle...he said if change parts also not cheap lol....can consider buy new set lol.... hubby cracking his head....haiz~~~really bad news...no choice...if gg to repair it....it's still a old set...might as well buy a new one...@ least can no need service for 1yr....so on sun...went down to IMM....walk n walk....saw Gain City...went in look c look c...and saw one set on promo...Panasonic..(forgot wat model ler)...sys3 @ $1699....non-inverter one...as we realli seldom use the air con, so decided on getting the non-inverter model lol.... This sat will be installation lol.....Yeah~~~ kitchen cabinet will also be up by fri.....my bottom cabinet is Red wor.....hahahahaha....very anxious to see the outcome...

Hmmm~~~not sure leh but MIL bot air con from them two yr back as well....the service still ok lol....we decide on the extended warranty partial also becos if out of warranty liao...and they need to come n chk, per trip will cost $80 just for transportation lol...but again, if the air con can last us for 5yrs....that will be Wonderful lol....(i doubt so...hahahaahha) but hor...my parents hse, 10yrs+....still working very good...in good condition worrr.... anyway....nowdays things esp technology things, will never last....

hihi ossify... inverter will be more ex lol....like about $700 - $800 more becos eventually inverter aricon will help u to save electricity lol....but the sales person told us....if not very heavy usage on air con, get the non-inverter shld be good enuff....
