Managed to get hold of my OIC yesterday and today I got to see a collection date liao BTW, for those who have installed 2 air-con compressors, did you fill in the form and apply for approval to install a second compressor from HDB? My HB checked with HDB and the officer said that there is a need to apply for installation of the second compressor else they have the right to ask you to remove it. So something to take note here.

I called HDB liao. Confirmed that all the keys are with HDB alr. Advised to call your OIC and tell them u need the key urgently if you want to collect the key earlier. I have a hard time calling my OIC, no one picked up the call.

think I should call HDB and push them for a date for key collection. wat is the number to call huh?

mine is also 5 rm but I am from Blk A. The ledge looks small to me and it seems like I can only have 1 compressor.

your aircon ledge is very small too? is there a window near your aircon ledge? do you have a pic? I wanted to have 2 compressors but the ledge is too small. If I stack 1 on top of the other, the small window at my living room cannot be open.

I am rather confused over the haulage and debris fees. Our ID will have their own contractors. Aren't their contractors going to carry and clear away the debris? The haulage and debris fee supposed to be included or not in the quote?

Hi Yeoman, Is yours 5rm? My quote is around 40k plus excluding those you mentioned too. I have alot of carpentry work and glass works and that's why the quote is high. I find the pricing is reasonable based on so many items in my quote. The best part is I get to see the 3d graphics before I signed up.

wanna check with those who overlay your toilets, do you also overlay the floor tiles? How much is it for each toilet to overlay both the wall and floor tiles?

Hi shivan, I stay at lower floors. Ya, I sneak in to see my unit and found that the ledge is small. I'm not sure about 79E but I find the ledge for A is small. Think not big enough for 2 compressors.
