Want to ask those who already buy their sofa, did you get leather sofa or fabric sofa? Wanted to get leather sofa but after seeing so many nice fabric sofa from milan, I cannot decide which one to get now.

hey tension_z, did you check out the furniture shop that I recommended? They have a catalogue of all glass dining tables but I am not sure about the pricing. I saw a black tempered glass table top with some motif on it from the catalogue.

I am installing full height mirrors too. There are 3 different types of mirrors. Clear mirror, bronze mirror and black mirror. I am using mirrors with black backing but I cannot remember how much I was quoted. Need to refer back to the quotation again.

Btw, I came across a furniture distributor shop near my parent's place on Sat and I find the sofa designs are very nice and at reasonable price. Most of their sofas are designed and made in HK. I book my sofa, dining table and coffee table from them liao as the prices are cheaper than those I have seen at other places

He defintely offer a cheaper price even when compared to the price from last day of the PC Show. The model I am interested in is actually less than $6k. actually the quotation depends on the tiles and amount of carpentary. What kind of tiles are you given and what is the price range that you can choose from?

all the bills are getting shocking, how could that be? they anyhow estimate the reading is it? I think I will record the meter reading everyday till the bill comes and compare against it. I intend to do that but I have not started to source for it yet. Maybe will just buy and stick it on our own.

Went to select tiles yesterday. So tiring and spent a long time to select all the tiles. Today met up with the electrician and discuss about the electrical points. I find this electrician charge very reasonable price as I have alot of concealed work. If anyone interested to look for electrician, I can intro mine to you. Btw, anyone know if there's any downlight that allow you to toggle between daylight and warm light?

for the switch, you can use those multi plug that comes with light indicator. when turn on, the red light indicator will lit up.
