hi all, need some advices here. My parent's place is infested with tiny small red ants. They hide in the sofa and you can't see them from the surface. Will get bite out of sudden. Anyway to get rid of the ants? any recommendation on the vacumn cleaner to get? wanted to get one that can clean the grease and also that can be used on glass, sofa, bed and carpet (clear the smell as my dogs like to play at the carpet)

Hey carelinwen & shivan, Just to share my feedback. This afternoon sun is very strong and I felt less heat in my rooms now after installing the film. When I touch the window, it is really hot. Anyone receiving strong sunlight into their unit? I will be installing solar film for my window. 99% blocking the uv and also will prevent discoloration of the curtain, flooring and furniture. Will be installing it on sat, can drop by to see if interested.

Anyone interested to install solar film to block the uv? I am sourcing and found one which is cheaper than 3M and Vcool. Can install on all windows at below $500. The film is from Korea.

Unless there are carpentry e.g. wardrobe on the affected floorboard, then I just have to close both eyes. Even there are protection during reno, there will bound to have scratches. Mine has scratches on a few pieces and ID said he will change them for me later. If you can afford and not in a hurry to move in, just hold on the last payment and buy the time. Usually ID wants to finish the project on hand and hand over faster so that they can earn faster. The longer the reno drags, the more loss they make.
