Hi, just a rough guide kitchen cost should be around 8 to 10k for hacking of wall, concrete sink support plus wall and floor tiles, dismantle of cabinets including Laying new tiles and new cabinets with solid top. cheers

epoxy with silica sand will create anti slip due to the roughness. or u can try anti-slip treatment.

U can try anti-slip treatment or sediment flake coating.

Maybe you would like to input your floor plan, so that the bro and sis here will be able to help. But i believe 10k for a kitchen should be more then enough. As for toilet, u can use $3k per toilet as a guide line. but still depend what you intend to do.

Hi bro, those in red were the quote i get from my contractor during my reno. i just base on the carpentry works only, it seem like yous is quite costly. But things to note, mine is an contractor, n your might be a ID. That might be the reason of the idff price. Lastly there will be no gst from my contractor. Due to that will save another 1 to 2k. If u interested i will pm u my contractor contact to compare quote.

agree wit u, coz due to my encounted usually there always some items one contractor will be cheaper then another. If only engage them to do the cheaper items only, they will adjust the pricing. So it will back to square. So overall look at the final quote as a whole will be better. Of coz the items must be similar material n quantity.

Can't comment much but overview is on the high side. Base on the shower screen my contractor only quote mi $380. As for the tiling works i believe can get cheaper by 10%. As for the carpentry works need the dimension. If u interested i can pm u my contractor to get a quote to compare price.

if that doesn't included then it will be at the high side for the price u paying.

most likely will be the material n design ba. ID and contractor will also hv diff pricing. In order to be fair to the contractor, u got to compare against apple to apple. but anyway no harm to get more quote, if u interested can try up with my contractor.

Hi, u may try to look up for a few more id to gather more design. Once u manage to hv some ideal which u like, then u may can look for contractor n tell them wat u wan. i believe this way u may save up to 10 to 15% in total cost compare to ID. this how i did up for my hse reno.

hi, ur cabinets is painted in white? i heard from my contractor wood material once painted with paint, will not be able to change back to wood color ler. So maybe u can try to change it to some other solid color ba in instead of walnut.

yes it will cover the grove line. Can say totally no line will be seen due to tat it will be much more easy to maintance. Additional point addded will be the sediment flake can provide anti-slip. Ya I agree with u some Id wanna earn money they will try to convince u to change everything, n be pushy. Which I dun like oso. only can say that likehood it will damage the cabinet due to the virbration while hacking... but not impossible if the worker is real skillful and careful ba. anyway u can try sediment flake coating. no hacking if need for ur tiles n u can change the color of ur liking. if u interested i can give u my contractor contract n website to take a look.

She did up 2 toilet n kitchen with DCS coating for wall and Sediment flake coating for flooring for apackage price of $4500. and change 2 toile bowl and 2 wash basin for a price of $1100. Pmed u the contractor nos. Cheers!!
