I tried peeling it off just now. It didnt. I think it IS green colour.
-
Exactly. But if really dun mine the non-uniformity, roller shutter solve the problem. I thought of it also. But didnt do.

In my opinion, option 2 is better.Need to think in a practical way. Placement of knobs - will get used to it in the long run. If not measure the biggest width u can have and think potentially wat are the big items that u could hace? If just normal boxes then ok.
-
4m2 not much difference. Jus be happy and stay in yr new condo!

Hi Alamak, Ya, to me it is fine, because if the tap is right in the centre it makes washing your big utensils like wok very troublesome. u need to always swing the tap one side to wash big item. .. This is good position. Mine also right side corner. For me, the distance from the tap (measured from the back of the tap) to the tap nozzle is about 9cm (into the sink area) if i dun remember wrongly. My sink is about 55cm in width (left to right measurement).

yes, mine also 67m2.... pathetically small.... well.... try to make it like a small 2 rooms condo lor....

Exactly.. this is too much... i think i am going to question Floor Option again. They better give me a good skirting.
-
But i call up Lena FLoor Option, she said that original Pergo skirting is like that one leh, slanted one.. but at the end got a capping to cover it up. They can cut it straight for me actually, but the original capping cannot fit liao, instead they will use putty to 'seal' up the termination end. I am very puzzled. Pergo, such established brand, why they design their skirting slanted? Impossible. Which house in this world has slanted door frame? Can anyone who installed Pergo flooring come in and advise me? I am meeting the installer again tomorrow afternoon. I dun want to be kanna smoked. Thanks a lot!!!

Hi Rondy, In fact i am very very very in a rush. I already scolded the Contractor like ****. But cannot overdo it because later they anyhow do my house. In the years to come got problem.. Scheduling is horrible. Tomorrow morning - arranged mover to move all my barangs barangs from stores to the house. Tomorrow or Sunday am/pm - people come install the 2nd piece of WC and the rest of the toilet fittings, paint my kitchen wall (either they paint wrongly or the existing white colour is only the undercoat.) Mon/Tue - lighting installations. Wed/Thur - Kitchen cabinet comes in and furnitures deliver to new house. Saturday, move my barang barang from my rented house to new house. Officially on next Sunday night, i sleep in new house already. Any cock up i am done for, sleep in void deck liao. Wa lao.. very worried actually. If anyone wants to hear my review on my Contractor/Company, pls PM me.... very bad....

yr design is those rugged design? Very wild and outdoor kind?
-
This is what i thought so. And it is suppose to be straight right? not slanted one... Or if not do not cover door frame, so that i can paint my doorframe to the colour i want...
-
This is how the skirting terminates at the door frame. IMO, very ugly. Is it suppose to belike that?

My Laminated Flooring for bedrooms are done today.
-
Looks good! When is the scheduled handover? Your kitchen cabinet is concrete one?
-
Huh? Protective sticker? I bought it because of the green colour! Oh.....
-
Granite confirm ok. Cos it is natural stone.
-
Its the same, jus that yours is system 3, mine is system 2. The green colour portion match my wardrobe door which is almostsame colour.

I dun see myself staying in this flat for long. Probably a few years, maybe not more than 8. Postform can last but u dun chop chicken on it everyday lo... Solid top will crack also, really good top should go for granite. Unless yr contractor has nice solid top samples for u? Or u do granite?

Went to Lightings.com.sg to collect my lights today. 1 ceiling light for living, 1 hanging light for dining and 10x 2x13W PLC downlights. 6 Warm white bulbs and 4 daylight bulbs. Then quicky carry up to site. Today they did chemical wash. After the wash look so much cleaner, in preparation for the laminate flooring installation this Thursday. Now deciding whether to use solid top or postformed for my kitchen top... The solid top samples my contractor shows me damm ugly. Do postformed cheaper and nicer
