$1.04 wastage? Your wastage is more than 25% of your initial price? Most people are charged 5 or 10% for wastage, not 25% If I am not wrong, the 1.06 is for the underlayer. Sorry to tell you this, but Pergo is undeniably the best laminate. Go talk to any non-Pergo, non-Vohringer laminate company and ask them $6.1 psf? I rather buy Robina's at $3.7 psf inclusive wastage and GST edit: actually I did look at Vohringer's range before, but I decided that Pergo was better at $6.52 psf nett, after speaking to many companies.

PVC is just carcass covering. Laminate is what people use to dress/protect the carcass. Considering they gave you the wardrobe carcass without the laminates and charged you full price for it, i suggest you ask them to laminate it for you according to your initial requirements. If you paid for ID price, you better get ID quality.

i guess if it's fine after you jump on it, should be able to withstand you sitting on it for 1 year

welcome because it's modular it means you can design any way you want. they do show the components in the BESTA section. take a look at the various carcass dimenions, door types and dimenions, FRAMSTA material type, colour and dimensions. you probably won't be able to see something exactly like this, but you can set it up to look the way you want it to look.

yeah it's standalone, and modular too. so you add as and however you like. wiring can go inside (hollow space inside panel. it's from ikea, combination of BESTA cabinet and FRAMSTA back. you can choose glass/laminate with many colours.

fyi, tinted mirror (brown colour) costs less than white tempered glass. that's why no need top up, should deduct. mirror is not tempered so it's considered more dangerous as it is more fragile and can scratch after breaking.
