bro, i think HDB officer will be more concerned of concealed sockets than water heaters HDB regulations didn't say cannot have 2 water heaters, but did say cannot have concealed wiring housing. I haven't install yet and my electrician also never say anything about it. He knows I have 40Amp in and out (MUP) so he also never say anything about overloaded. Already told him will buy 707 Compact. When I ask him, he say he put 2 sets of wires in my house, each heater runs on separate set of wires. I don't know what he means but he say if one side of the house trip, the other side of the house won't trip. Maybe next time I ask him to show me how to trip one side only 707 Compact is 3kW, 230V, 50/60Hz.AC so shouldn't be an issue. I know who that person is Maybe should have hired your guy to help me do my electrical works Maybe next reno

you need to check the distance between your bed and your wardrobe. it's too near

I suggest you get a system 3 and a system 2, both non-invertor. Price would cost about $2600 in total. Don't ever pay more than that system 2 (2x 9000BTU): Both FCU in MBR system 3 (3x 9000BTU): 1 joint in living room, 1 joint in guest room 2, 1 standalone in living room essentially, only 1 compressor (MBR) is working at night. if your guest room in used, then the other compressor will run at half capacity. If you switch on both FCUs in living room, your system 3 will run at full capacity and you should not switch on the guest room air con.

do what i do, buy bottom kitchen cabinets from ikea, rest source from outside usually pipes run above (near ceiling) so custom made top cabinets will make more sense.

Daiso sells many painting gear. I bought the big 7" roller, and the small 2" roller from them. Also bought a sandpaper holder (to make your wall smooth after painting) They also sell things like wood filler (useful to cover holes in doors)

Huh? Is there a rule that only one of the toilet can install heater only? I am installing in both!

by right Sat after 1pm and Sun cannot have noisy work. but if nobody complain, it's all good that's why aircon installation should be done on weekdays looks like you're almost there no pics?

not necessary... my 1st direct plumber tried to charge me higher than a company tiler. my 2nd direct tiler charged lower than them all hope he's as good as my friend said.
-
In March right? anyway, my 2nd contractor/tiler will be gone for 2 months, be back in March.
-
Natural Cool allowed 2 trips, no additional costs Glad I went with them. My aircon trunking installer also wanted to run along the floor, but I told him I am not custom making my wardrobe/bed/bedside table and I want them to flush against wall so in the end, we install the trunking at the corner between the ceiling and the wall
