Cheapest range is $170. Interested in quartz flooring?
-
Hi Boxer, thanks for the info. Yes it's true that water ponding will cause damage to any natural wood It should suffice for my bathroom. I got Belian wood, not Balau or Chengai. My choice of wood is based on aesthetics only PM'd you

Based on his blog, looks like he trades ES futures and Gold futures. I may be wrong I would say it's full time although usually you don't need to sit there and stare at the screen once you enter a position. Perhaps on average 3-4 hours per day(night)? Most welcome

Welcome Dunno who keep shooting me left right centre, straight line can say not straight

Thank you for the compliments. It may look even nicer when the grouting is complete.

Thanks Diva, Your compliments means a lot to me, considering your artistic background. Love your acrylic paintings, especially the Lambs one.

I would suggest this You should cater more if possible Pregnant women would find it very tight. Regarding wardrobe lighting, have you considered having lighting inside your wardrobe that switches on when you open the wardrobe? -

might want to consider the distance between your MBR bed and your bathroom entrance. Looks a bit too cramped. Would advise at least 80cm distance. -

This is a question that is largely dependent on your preference. Can you accept visible cable trunking above your headboard? Do you have existing cable trunking behind your bed? If not, do you mind adding electrical trunking behind your bed? How bright do you want your MBR to be? (look like day even though it's night) Do you like your lights focused or diffused? Do you intend to read in bed? Do you want extra lights to be warm or daylight? You answer my questions and I will advise you accordingly -

Then I will make bigger channels
-
Yes, water resistant. Used in shipbuilding There are channels under the planks to allow water/hair to flow through.
-
Yes, cut to desired shape and put on top of existing tiles. I already bought the 2nd one as it is not as rough. Bilian aka ironwood aka borneo ironwood. To be showcased in early August
-
it's good mah btw, what colour are you getting for the laminated flooring?
-
Probably can find them in hardware shops. They are used very commonly 10-20 years ago as they are cheap and flexible methods of wall shelving. Following are some updates of the renovation progress 1 week into the commencement of wetworks. Owners went on-site to take a look, gave good comments on the workmanship for wall tiles.

heh, thanks for referencing my t-blog. about that fan, it's quite funny cos i was doing maths (calculating radius of fan and radius of door swing) with my electrician and i insisted that the fan will not hit the doors but he refused to believe me. so in the end he installed it at the exact location i want and he said that if it hits the door, it's not his fault. oh yah, one more thing, my wife says it's her favourite spot of the house since it's the coolest. i guess it's a good thing that the kitchen is the favourite spot for her. PS. i got a fan in kitchen because i use induction, which has no flames that can be affected by the wind. -
Hi fencer, thanks for your support glad your reno is completed, hope my suggestions/advices were useful to you. also hope that your contractor don't get angry at me some latest pics from today's work.
-
thanks for support you should give me a call before knocking on my door. weren't we supposed to meet up some day? sell at holland should link me up right? i can do site visit everyday some updates for pics today, started tiling works

Hmm that may not be ideal as there may be cases where you want to clear any obstructions in the aircon pipe but you can't because they are under the floor tiles. My method is better as I am still able to clear the obstructions (usually they use a suction cleaner) easily.
-
very nice ~~~ my Tampines flat will achieve a similar look, in terms of the stainless steel piping Actually, there are other ways, eg. boxup like this. but you probably don't want to do this if your pipes are not new as they may need replacing. it requires some coordination though

yep, saw your toilets already but the floorplan is slightly different from yours so may not be best to implement the same concept. anyway, some latest pics of the place. walls are smoothened, hollow tiles were hacked and screeded, 2nd layer of waterproofing in common toilet.
