  3. yes cost sharing is a requirement in a communal living environment like hdb but look on the bright side, you only pay 1/3 i would have thought that if you waterproofed your bathroom, your box up will not get wet. why did your box up get wet? your waterproofing not done properly?
  4. yeah, it's easy to maintain it's not as complicated as M16... feels like soft rain at first the Hansgrohe salesperson asked me not to use the filter inside if I experience low pressure but I found that my pressure was rather high without the filter so I added it in and it's good! soft rain

  15. bro, your floorplan looks exactly the same as mine. take a look at my t-blog if you're interested as for your questions, you can definitely hack the wall between your bedroom and the bathroom (i did that) you can also hack the wall between your toilet and bathroom (goobii did that) as for rotation of toilet bowl, it's highly unlikely (i tried but failed)
  16. nope, mine has compartment for plastic roll & sticky tape and a small tray too. same as yours, i think
  17. i migrated back to SG ya.. i am looking forward to my last 2 alpha v6, my wardrobe mirror doors, and another storage cabinet in my living room. still haven't set up my HTS yet after spending one month in japan, my luggage was already overloaded. no space for your sake on a separate note, I am looking forward to another customer's home visit next week
  18. some prefer instant, some prefer storage. pros of instant over storage 1. can get warm water within seconds compared to waiting a few minutes for the water to heat up 2. less piping issues 3. lower price in terms of one time purchase and long term usage 4. smaller in size 5. warm water won't "run out" with prolonged usage pros of storage over instant 1. water pressure is ensured 2. no issues of "very hot" water when you turn off the water and turn on again 3. able to use water for other things eg. washbasins, sink in the end, it really depends on what are your requirements personally, i chose instant. if you want to see my bathroom, click here if you want concealed mixers, i would recommend storage
  19. Bought mine from http://www.hogarmas.com/index.php at $30 just grind and plaster. can be done in 1-2 days. $900 is too much for the work.
