you try lor, but make sure your cove can fit. wait your contractor smoke you again say buy the T5 already wah so ex ah. ikea's wall cabinet very cheap, comes with the hydraulic arm.. FAKTUM horizontal wall cabinet frame 92x40 cm white $85.00 It looks like blum to me maybe you buy the wall cabinet, you keep the hydraulic arm, the rest you give me?

my kitchen is white, i'll just use white acrylic. i don't think it'll warp. have to double check with the Dama people. they said 150 degrees no problem. i think using liquid nails to stick is better. 5mm thick acrylic can cut with a solid penknife
-
fake flowers, all items purchased from ikea
-
is stainless steel a good idea? i worry that the heat from the cooking will be conducted to the underneath of the cabinet, causing it to expand and contract, will it warp? i know acrylic won't conduct heat that well so i am considering that.

why so many people like to say they work for IR??? my agent's recommended contractor also told me she's too busy working at IR to hack my walls, when she told someone else that she didn't want to do my job because of its small scale. if he is so experienced, how can he blow up 3 items in 1 day?!?
-
your electrician can blow up so many things..... got permit or not? electricians must be trained...

Call Jasmine from Central Aluminium

he smoke you lah, the plasterer will provide the materials. ID/contractor won't buy themselves de, you think they so free. Yes i meant normal T8 ($1-2 per tube). but if your space is not big enough, then no choice but to use T5. (about $20-30 per tube) Ikea sells the wall cabinet which comes with blum hydraulic arm You should just get from blum, it's quite cheap. Up to you bro

Day 3 All hacked by noon. Handed over from 1st contractor after last payment. Closeup of the MBR and bathroom Kitchen exposed My furniture waiting to be installed My Living room All in all, very satisfied with 1st contractor's efficiency in hacking and resolving problem. 50ft of wall hacked and cleared within 3 days (could have been 2 if hacker didn't forget to hack one part). Highly recommended.

Good idea, but maintenance of the cupboard would be challenging. Be careful of moisture, liquids, and stray rice I was more concerned of how the water pipe would enter your MBR, from the top? from the bottom? in the middle? if you plan for one, make sure you have electrical sockets there. otherwise, leave it empty. It may be tricky to use your solid surface as a basin and as a make up table. If you're standing, a height of about 90cm would be acceptable for a basin. If you're sitting, 90cm may be too high. eg. a dining table is usually 75cm high. Also the pipings below your basin would not allow you to have space under the solid surface for your legs to slot in. Just some fyi. You should also ask your ID how to protect your wardrobe just in case your sink leaks for one reason or another.

i said to replace the bulbs with T5s

It looks like you only have 50cm of space between sink and stove to prepare food. Is that enough? Perhaps add a pull-out table from your 0.8m full height wardrobe? That 50cm of space between stove and fridge will be wasted. If I were you, I would cut it down to 30cm instead and increase the space between sink and stove to 70cm. Will you be having things like rice cooker, toaster, microwave oven, condiments, sauces on the countertop? Do note how water would enter the W/M, and how the W/M liquid wastes can be ducted out, the required pipes and how you intend to cover up the pipes. And do note that the sink's piping doesn't block your rubbish chute. make sure there's space to throw rubbish. Allowance between TV and sofa of 1.5m is sufficient. Do you really need a coffee table? If so, get a small, mobile one. 30cm diameter? a PC behind the sofa? do consider the wires and whether they will be a trip hazard most welcome. i can see a lot of liquid paper. 0.3m depth for vanity is too narrow. go for 0.4m. Go to ikea and see how their 0.4m x 0.8m sink feels like. It's name is Lilagen. If you think you can work with 0.3m, go ahead also, do consider the laying of the water pipes out into your MBR and that you are not using laminates anywhere near the vanity area. Ensure that your wardrobe won't be flooded if the pipes leak. 0.6m width for the shower area is too narrow, go for 0.7m. the partition between the shower area and the WC is glass right? It's only 10-12mm thick. Please don't use concrete wall, it's such a waste of space. Yes it's a good idea to box up the wall indent, to be used as a ledge/feature wall to place your alarm clock, etc.

I can hack it, no need permit But we shall see. Besides using a spoilt hood to block steam/oil, one can use any material that is not damaged by heat, moisture and oil. I am considering acrylic or glass, probably acrylic. As I am using induction, steam/oil vapors would be minimized. Those using gas hobs would have more steam/oil vapors and heat. For me, it's not a must-have. But if you operate a home restaurant, it's a must-have Besides not having a hood, I am also considering not having an oven. I can steam with induction, it's more efficient. Haven't baked before either. It's a lifestyle preference. Some need it, I don't. Update: MIL giving us a convection oven. Hope it's useful, otherwise waste of space

how big is this indent? if it's small (10cm), you can move the bed to flush with the head board wall. then you have 10cm on the right and 70cm on the left of your bed. fixed glass panel is cheap $300 is my estimate. ask this company for quote. Sun Sun Glass - Tel 6283 3126. in fact, ask them to quote for all your other glass works you're doing for your home, definitely cheaper than ID me too

don't have dark bathroom, but i have suggestion instead of putting your T5 behind the vanity mirror, bring it out to surround the mirror. To ensure diffused glow, you can consider using a white translucent acrylic panel to cover it. something like this, but replace the bulbs with T5.
-
The doors are expensive because they are solid but i agree, if can wait, it pays to wait I am looking for ELGA mirror door, but so far haven't smelled it yet. Also sold out, so can't buy even if i want to. Help me look out for it if you pop by Not having a hood is another incentive to use less oil, more healthy

40cm is bad. can your wardrobe door open? can you walk comfortably between your bed and wardrobe with 40cm? Minimum is 60cm, 1m would be good. My suggestion is to push your bed as close as possible to the corner and you will have 80cm space between your wardrobe and your bed. If I were you, I would change the entrance because changing the WC would be harder. I would also have a corner sink in the toilet so I can wash my hands before opening the door (unless you don't have doors to your toilet) But I will not spend $2k for changing the entrance. I would spend $200 to hack down the wall between MBR and toilet. I would spend another $300 for a (clear or tinted) fixed glass panel to cover the wet side of the bathroom. That's $500, not $2k.
