$50 for under $300 purchase, $55 for above $300 purchase. No free delivery (unless they damage your items ) if all items are available at the time of purchase, you can lump them together for delivery. if some items not available, then very troublesome already. installation charges is 6% of the sales price, if i remember correctly.

usually people put a T-strip between 2 different stretches of parquet. so maybe you can consider that. that division may help?
-
my theme is just white. i'll stick with the 2nd one unless i have a strong reason to get the 1st one. 2nd seems more timeless. but then again, my sofa is red. wonder how long that sofa will last though

the concern is that your sink may leak water into your drawer. but this is true regardless of drawer or swing. if water leaks from sink, your cabinet is gone case basically make sure your plumber has some standard and you can also personally do QC on the sink. Put something heavy on it (like a stack of plates) and splash water on the gap between the sink and the worktop to check if the sink is well secured. If your sink leaks while you are washing a stack of plates, you have a problem. there's a concern about the S-pipe below the sink. to resolve that, you can do half-depth drawers. for inspiration, go to ikea kitchen section and look at the drawers under the sinks there for stove.. usually there's a gap between the stove and the highest drawer, so there's no issue.

thanks, have you selected your WC yet? yours looks like a 6" one like mine. i'm still searching

i was grinning when i read this. drawers cost more than swing door due to mechanism. your contractor wants you to get all swing door so he can earn big big personally, i would want as many drawers as i can get get high drawers, normal drawers and low drawers. can put small things in the low drawers, average things in the normal drawers and big things in the high drawers. something like this, but the bottom drawer should be higher your ID's face may turn black if you tell him you want all drawers

how tall your window should be depends on how wide your window is... too short or too tall windows look weird since you have ID, better discuss with him. otherwise might as well DIY
-
didn't you choose the tiles? worth it or not depends on you didn't you specify the height to your contractor? if not, you should! but if you don't care, then nvm lah
