or you can hire me as your reno consultant see my t-blog to see how i did my reno
-
wow your pics looks very scary personally, i use a ceramic sink, no condensation below, even when i thaw frozen foods in it. anyway, i'm using ikea domjos sink above the wooden cabinet.

hehe thanks. my rate was promo rate. btw, were you looking for Robina too and was quoted $4.30? AC15? new standard? i would like to clarify one thing.. AC3, AC4 or AC5 is just for toughness. My Robina is AC4, I'm very happy with it, no scratches so far. But I feel that the main thing is water resistance. If your laminate is very scratch resistant but not water resistant, it won't last long. I have soaked my laminate (loose piece, obtained from the box of 8 which were used to lay my flooring so there's no chance of tampering) for 2 days and don't notice any difference. This is imho, the best. Now I have a lobang for Robina laminates at 3.80psf (without GST) and Pergo Family at 3.99psf (without GST) Interested please PM me, there's also free "manicure and pedicure for 2 persons" upon deposit

as long as you keep it untouched, it will at most get dusty. but since nobody will be going to touch it, it won't matter anyway right? let the rain clean it, hope you have drainage there.

hmm i answered this before basin and basin cabinet are both from ikea. basin $169, cabinet $100 (from AS-IS section). imho, quality is good. what pics do you want? PS. ikea has display unit if you want to see it

did you get a good price for your de dietrich?
-
toilet bi-fold is from pang giap, 270+GST (their official price is 280+GST) price, efficiency, safety and aesthetics. price) 1 tandem drawer + basket drawers would cost $230 while full tandem drawers would cost $353 or $440 depending if you take the 3-tier or 5-tier. i don't know about you, but i rather pay half the price for similar things efficiency and safety) tandem drawers are good for things you use frequently, while the basket drawers would be for things you use less frequently. drawers are great because you can maximise your space and protect your back as you can reach the deepest item without stretching in. aesthetics) it's nice to have sleek lines running across the entire stretch of the kitchen. as you can see, i have one horizontal line running in line with the bottom of my sink. if you have some full drawers and some doors, you won't be able to achieve this effect.

would be a good practice to stick felt pads below your furniture.

Day 46 Added doors to one side of my base cabinet Total cost for the day's work: $0 Hacking 50ft walls and clearing of debris: $1000 Accumulated cost for labour: $5500 (including clearing of debris) Accumulated cost for raw materials: $2340.21 Plumbing: $880 Electrical: $2000 (remaining $100 for 2 ceiling fans) Shower glassworks: $1050 Door works: $727 Total reno bill as of now: $8840.21+880+2000+1050+728 = $13497.21 took me a whole day to do these, think i'm too much of a perfectionist, keep adjusting the angles should be under 30k ba.. now about 25k only. both the hose and the tap has screw threads, so i just screw it in. shoving wouldn't work wow that's kinda... weird.. your plumber trying to play punk? don't use the aircon. ventilate your rooms. should be fine after 1 week.

ever considered false ceiling?

hi danny, congrats on getting SH ya they are very fast, can install within 1 business day. i subscribed to mio home, needed to wait 8 days, or 6 business days. but my experience was pretty good, came in installed tv, internet and phone, tried all of them, all works no problem. before the installers left, i was asked to speak to a customer service person, told him all works great. only after that, did the installers leave. great service i watch mio tv and surf internet at the same time, no issues with mio tv hanging or anything.
-
thank you might take some time though, i don't have time to go to Damas yet. attached is my w/m tap in the kitchen beside my w/m, attached to w/m hose
-
ya $7 seems more reasonable, i bought it at $9 at IMM so didn't expect it to be a good buy this is how my tap looks like, with W/M hose attached. yes, i think you need to get another hose. leaking taps are quite common, i had a leaky one too. how can kitchen sink be mounted slanted?! never use the water level ruler? make sure that when you drain the sink after filling it up, the water doesn't accumulate at one corner. hope you're using the nippon odourless paint since you have already moved in. it has low VOC (volatile organic compound) so it's safer for your family.

i moved on the day my mio was set up so i had internet upon move in yeah my kitchen might take some time. i'm spending today to do it. finished 1 40cm base cabinet so far. it includes 1 drawer. 2 basket drawers and a drawer door. i'm quite a perfectionist so it might take some time to do it up. will see what i can accomplish today.

Day 45 Movers came today and mio came today to install my equipment Total cost for the day's work: $0 Hacking 50ft walls and clearing of debris: $1000 Accumulated cost for labour: $5500 (including clearing of debris) Accumulated cost for raw materials: $2340.21 Plumbing: $880 Electrical: $2000 (remaining $100 for 2 ceiling fans) Shower glassworks: $1050 Door works: $727 Total reno bill as of now: $8840.21+880+2000+1050+728 = $13497.21 movers moved everything, started at 8.30am, finished at 1.30pm. paid them $180 as agreed initially. they tried to raise up to $300 but we didn't budge on the price. guess this is a common practice. pretty good experience, except that there was a small dent in my laminate, near the main door. immediately wiped it down and sprayed clear acrylic for waterproofing. mio installers didn't know how to wall mount my tv so i had to do it. made a mistake and made it too high, so i have to make another 2 holes must remember to patch up the 2 holes i made. tv's up and connected to mio and pc. using tv as monitor. bought a hdmi auto switcher so i can plug in up to 4 equipment into my tv (but of course, only 1 at any 1 time) thanks ya basin and basin cabinet all from ikea. basin $169, cabinet $100.

i would pay as per contract agreement.
