My almost-final works are up Hacking 50ft walls and clearing of debris: $1000 Accumulated cost for labour: $5500 (including clearing of debris) Accumulated cost for raw materials: $2340.21 Plumbing: $880 Electrical: $2000 (remaining $100) Shower frameless glass sliding door: $1050 Door works: $727 Kitchen frameless glass sliding door: $1559.31 Total reno bill as of now: $8840.21+880+2000+1050+728+1559.31 = $15056.52 Still considering doing cabinets above kitchen sink and acrylic panels to cover fluorescent tubes Also need to fix up my curtains

  6. oh total wet bottom is 14ft, dry bottom is 2ft. so yes you are right yah, it's quite sufficient for the 2 of us but we are preparing for future growth
  7. My wet kitchen is 22ft, not 16ft
  8. My kitchen is actually 8ft bottom + 8ft top + 6ft bottom. my "dry kitchen" is 2ft bottom + 2ft top. Wet = 22ft, dry = 4ft. Total = 26ft I am still contemplating of doing another 6ft above my sink... Countertop is easy to replace. Let me know when you want to replace. I have direct contact from supplier, Dupont or LG also can Corian is from Dupont it's called Dupont Corian. Dupont Montelli is the cheaper range. Dupont Corian is the more expensive range. Let me know when you want to do I have plenty of samples.

  12. Thanks Electrical wiring can be "concealed" when it is a punchthrough from the wall behind. This is a special circumstance similar to how you do "concealed" aircon trunkings My whole house has only one such case. Ok was bringing my wife out whole of yesterday
