I only receive a statement of account for the SERS flat which stated is to assist us in the financial planning about the compensation and the retention sum and interim payment. did you receive such a letter before you receive the loan application form?

Over the weekend, i keep seeing contractor loitering around downstairs my current flat giving out pamphets. some contractor even stated SERS promotion. after looking at the price i don't think there is much diff. some movers even go door to door and paste their name cards on the wall of next to the door. We tried to remove also can't coz they use glue.

Hi soudezne I also got a quotation from one ID. Not those general package but by items. The quote is about 22k excluding air-con. So i guess by the time you add this and that to those general package it will raise up to 20k +++ If you check around the forum, some of them advise to get the quote itemize so that you will be able to compare which item is more expensive. Those interested can check out GnM's blog... he have some strategies which might be useful. http://gnmrenovation.blogspot.com/ Hi Darry As you got the unit after it was announced enbloc. There should be a time frame for your renovation which is about 4 months starting from the day you collect the key(Not sure about this but you better check with HDB) Only those who got through BE won't have a time frame for renovation. Don't forget HDB will take back the unit you bought through SERS. Even though you don't have compensation on the unit, there is still a vaulation by HDB right? Welcome Snuffleupagus! Also received letter that flat near completion and the DCP is 4Q07. Hi TPY if I am not wrong, the period is 4 month and starting from the date we collected the key. That is the period of time that my sis-in-law's mother got when her place got enbloc and shift to the lorong 2 40storey.

hahaha i told Meowie how i don't know some have kitchen tiles some don't have. Since the booklet for selection already indicate 4 room have kitchen tiles.

For SERS ppl we have the option of not taking the doors (3 or 5 doors) including or excluding the toilet doors. Beside that I think everything is the same for all the 4-rooms. The only difference is the option in selecting to take the doors. hahaha except the main door. The difference have been deducted from the flat price. Thanx Cathy for the pictures! Hmmm, what does the toilet doors look like? Anyone any idea? Me took the option of not taking any of the doors. Me getting excited. Hope we get the notification to collect the keys... can't wait...

Hi All Neighbour just confirmed with my mom that they are collectings keys in Sept. Those who took Blk C have gotten their letter last month. Yeah... hope our turn will be next!!
