Not much to update on the progress. Blk A's still at 39. I thought Blk D is complete, until I went to the back and saw one whole row of living room windows not installed yet because of the external construction lift. Couldnt see tiles/doors colour. Hee hee. Finally dropped by Unimax Creative. Maybe we can compare notes when I get the quote in 2 weeks

oh man. didn't realise there are so many IDs/Contractors to choose from: http://www.sgsmallbiz.com/Civil___Construction/ Am also thinking of whether to get a contractor or an ID. I kinda know what I want...or at least, what I do not want, so getting a contractor makes more sense for me. However, if the premium to engage an ID is not overly expensive, I will definitely opt for an ID. Coz an ID will (hopefully) help remove some coordination headache, and help me choose stuff eg toilet bowl - apparently you need to get one that fits the pipe & available space, I may be wrong coz I am doing all my research at the same time and am getting veli confused. Tanglin Halt people are receiving notices already, so I don't think we are very far behind. Kind souls who have obtained quotes already, pls pm me

Welcome Ikoice & gui99 Update on Blk A - a couple of walls are up for level 38. I hope it's 38 coz i didn't count Ikoice, you have inspired me to check out Unimax. Did you need to pay a deposit?

Haha...you must have contributed to the harassment at blks 28-30 by housing agents As Carelinwen said, the number of 90 sqm higher floor units left were very few. So cannot hiam already, must lower expectations and give up some "criteria". I remembered floating on cloud nine when I got a Q no., then came crashing down to earth when I saw what units were available. Anyways, so glad that the balloting/selection phase is over, am looking forward to getting keys and doing reno now. Bonkitty, I am also dying to know what colour tiles we are getting. Have gates facing TPY meh? Which blk is it? Will be dropping by this weekend.

Hi kiwy, hello & welcome I agree with Bethel on the reno issue. And yes, 38 flr has smaller windows. As of this morning, Blk A has not hit 38 yet. Hi hdbfan, not sure about the height of 3/4 windows. But the garden is on the 12th floor. 11th floor has high ceiling. Not sure how much higher though. The flats from the 14th floor are of "normal height". Anybody knows what colour toilet/kitchen tiles we are getting?

Woah~ where's everyone? A is still crawling up slowly. B's crown is coming up. Not sure about C, D & E. Any updates on those?

Hi & welcome newcomers. Floor plans of 75 & 90 sqm units are on pages 2 and 6. Am hoping to get keys by the end of this year but the pace of blk A is kinda worring. According to my calculations (and I sure hope I am wrong), external structure should complete by end-march (assuming 2 floors/month, like the rest). But it doesnt look like they can finish by end-march, perhaps May-June? 6 months to do the lifts & other internal stuff + 3 months for HDB to check = 1Q 2008 to release keys (?) Do they need wait for all 5 blocks to finish before handing it over to HDB? After all, this is considered as one project. Anyone knows? Btw, meowie have not forgotten you lah, but very soon l will forget lah if you continue to remain so quiet.
