I agree with all those comments with respect to choosing ID. It will be good to have some buffer. Eg. If the max you are willing to pay is $25k, try to work within $20k. This is to allow for some last min unforseen unresistable additions. <guilty> Redhat, am getting a system 4 too (but it's non-inverter). and I was told that trunking will be tricky too. I also want Liverpool to trash Man U =P I will be getting downlights for my false ceiling too. Didnt know they have yellow light. Thought only white light is available. Same same. Am awaiting for approval.

I am able to accept the colour but the quality of the workmanship...hmm....is mildly irritating to the eye.

Droplets, am not sure the cause of your unevenness, what did your ID say?

Oh dear, so sad to hear about the thefts. Am using a lock that the ID has passed to me. May consider using more locks when I have more stuff inside (right now it's empty). Btw, do you have this super irritating advertising sticker on your main door. Took me more than an hour to get it removed. Even then, there are still stains on it.

Am starting to look for toilet stuff and hob/hood too. And as for HTS, I know how ebing feels.......!!

Collected my keys. hee hee. No hacking of toilet floor tiles and toilet wall tiles. They make you sign on this paper that states no hacking of toilet floor tiles and toilet wall tiles within 3 years. I confirmed and reconfirmed with the officer. The answer is no, no and NO. Kitchen floor tiles and wall tiles can hack.

Haha Thanks! I feel so much better. Yeaaah, I remember the old Blk 79. Many banks and there used to be huge space infront of the block. The curve of old Blk 79 resembles the curve of this new one (the portion painted yellow). Never thought I will be staying there one day. Let me go dig up my childhood pictures. hahaha

HDB has updated their online showflats for Execs appts again. I wish they will update their 4rm showflats. Perhaps they having problems fitting furnitures into a small area. I have no problems with the kitchen, bombshelter, toilets, bedrooms. But an additional 5m2 in the living room and/or MBR will be very helpful.

As suggested by ID, we are not going to have one. For the reasons above. hee. Yes, there are boxes at HDB which they "clear" everyday. As for getting the income-proof letter ready, when HDB says the "latest", they really mean the "latest". So, if yours is the employment letter version, may be better to wait till your letter comes. I am hoping for a 24 hr convenience store (7-11 etc) and a DBS/POSB bank. And I hope there will be no sleazy shops or lottery outlets. HDB will invite you to take possession (ie collect keys) of your new flat in due course.

Was away for only 2 weeks and so many posts to catch up. My loan application came 2 weeks ago (just after I left for my trip). Deadline is this Thursday.
