Hi guys What is the typical cost for installing downlights, feature lights, wall lamp and outdoor lamp etc? Pls share the market price... BTW, would also be good if you can recommend a good one to me. The last one I use cannot make it. Any how cut hole... I will not use him again... somemore talk big.

I use to have dryer, very good value and monthly cost is low. I do have it for sale at $350 with the installation rack. You just need to a gas point to tap. As for the heater, I use to have gas heater as well.... cheaper maintenance as well. THe dryer is only 1 yr old nia.... selling it bec new place got no gas point to tap...

Hi I think it is different Anteras.... this company use to be top architectual lighting company before kenna bought over by Flos, I think or maybe it was a product name. Anyway they pioneer a lot of recess lights and spotlights which you can find the clones in many Balestier Shops. http://www.hektor.ee/eng/valgustid.php?t=2&g3=14 Some of the lights are design by Porsche...

Actually I realise Anteras is bought over by Flos.... I think you can get from Lumiere. Well you pay for quality, it should cost 1k for 3 lights + track. Still thinking..... hiaz

Hi Cher, nice stuff. I can see you had put in a lot of effort for the look. Congrats.. it looks very nice. I am interested in your living room light plan, esp the recessed lights that runs across the living room. Care to share more detail how this could be achieve? What lights should I buy to fit in the recess track.? Did you use track lights or just normal recess downlights? Did you paint the inside black?

Wah.. you and me same boat, tight squeeze on the timing. Seems like everyone selling house. I also learn one thing from moving house.... ditch all useless stuff. Pain pain once and you will forget it. But I am renting now to tide over this period. I also hope to get my key asap and only doing up the basics.. ie lights and some wet work. Will most likely move in with existing condition and slowly do up the rest.... incl hunting for furniture. So I am planning my shopping for lights one week before collecting my key and hopefully electrical works and some outdoor flooring could be done in 2 weeks time. All the best to yur reno..

Wow... your fan also not cheap. You got expensive taste. I am installing KDK.... never fail to impress me. BTW... your lighting plan will make your house look chic and expensive. Good job. Lighting is very impt in home furnishing.... one of the top priorities other than toilet which I feel a lot of people not willing to spent on.

The price for the outdoor lamp is quite ex, can get a Flos one.... no wonder it looks like good quality stuff from the pix. Was wondering if I can find similar quality at reasonable price.... looks like I will spend a bit more then. China ones also cost an arm anyway... Nice concept your have... you should look at other type of flowers to experiment. Today visited nursury in the morning to check out prices... big nice pots all got killer prices.
