Will definitely be getting protective covers for my washer n dryer... and shall try to find out more abt installing windows in the svc yard.... Kitchen swing door, that was wat happened to us too. The other day we were at our place surveying the reno than all of a sudden we heard a loud "Pong"! quickly check and its coz the wind from the yard so strong it blew our kitchen glass door outwards and it hit our shoe cabinet... lucky the door nver shatter into pieces....need to buy door stopper for the kitchen door too. regret nver do sliding door...

Actually, I'm still not very sure whether can install windows at the service yard anot, thats y ask if anyone thinking or planning to do it.... the grills are there but does not prevent the rain from coming in, several residents have experience flood in yard & kitchen due to heavy rain.

KSJL: I not sure abt the carpark wor, not yet explore coz both me & hb dun drive ... hehe... I too read that no carpark @ blk F&G... but not possible leh, or maybe no direct access? I think likely need to enter the carpark from other blks then drive to the blk F & G carparks....??? My view ah = no view haha coz im on the lower lvl... facing Tg pagar CC side, if i look down is the CC le..... look afar is some office bldgs... Anyone planning to install windows in the svc yard? Im afraid my dryer & washer & clothes hanging out to dry will be wet when it rains heavily with strong wind...? I have to stooooopid AliBaba mark in my gate too!! not yet get rid of it... in case they draw again!

Graceakaclouds.... lucky ur reno still ongoing, can still cover up the opennet trunking..... for those of us reno almost done, cannot conceal le. My opennet appt is on 23rd, so most likely will terminate at the switchbox near main door. Cannot tahan the casing running all over the place.

Hi Chipee..... I have the same floorplan as urs.... except that I'm at the other corner The bay window's nice, but with the baywindow, full length window, and the MBR toilet door, that leaves us with only one possible location to place the Bed.... sighhhh

Hi everyone, Any idea if Rinnai or Electrolux Oven is good? And for Brandt or Ariston ovens, what is the price range for a decent Multifunction Oven? Rgds, Cosmic_ex

Hi, Can i also know where you got your sofa and how much? I'm looking for something similar but those I saw all quite expensive.
-
I just went down to Furniture Mall today. $1998 Cellini offer is still on, so is the $2998 full leather promo. I like the sofa & bedframe they offer in the $1998 package. The lady quoted me $2600 for the PU leather sofa, Bedframe & better (i think is Latex instead of pocketed spring) Nightingale Mattress King size. So basically I top up abt $500 for the mattress & $200 for King size. I think its a gd deal but still wanna look see ard first b4 deciding. Will be going to IFC tml and if I still cannot find anything better than Cellini then I'll go back to them to place the order.
-
I saw the Dining light at Ikea too! Almost wanted to get but decided to wait abit.....
-
Thks for the info.... Wow.... the promo $4k plus is quite reasonable.... but i guess its usual pricing is ard 8K-10K according to what others have mentioned, too ex le....
