Wow nice place and great price... btw this project is located at district 10 along the main road rite? Seen a couple of loft units there, theres a project beside it and starting its construction now as well.... Its cool but think u need to spend quite a bit on the reno, wanted to get a unit there but owner need higher to clear bank loan. Good buy at your price if its the project i said, cheers
