You can try the melamine sponge from daiso. i tried it for my white solid surface and it's quite good.

Here's our wardrobe with pole system. Hehe, can see that the side and top of the wardrobe is not painted as i took these pics during the reno. Now it's cramped full of clothes, so used these old photos instead to show the layout of the interior.

Sorry for the long wait! Have stayed in our new house for almost 1 month already. Here are the pics of our vanity area in our expanded MBR: Nice zen feel overall! We got the black basin and tap from GR Link. Mirror and clothes hanger are from ikea. Closer look at the simple zen light that we got.

Although Henry had been quite consistent in delivering good work, seems there were also some problems at times, especially when he was very busy. See here for kiven78's experience. He had some problems also... Fencer, hope you can complete the last leg of your reno smoothly... I got all my stuffs from jasmine and benny too. imo, think don't need the industrial tap for single bowl sink cos you don't really need to move it around... especially when it's quite ex. you wanna consider my sink tap? It's flexible also and cost much cheaper, think around 40 to 50+ if i didn't remember wrongly..

Did you tell the contractor before that you are replacing them? If you did, then it should be alright. If not, it's possible that they took it so that they can resell for some money.. Some people like to test the limit, take first and hope the customer say nvm as it is troublesome to install back.

interesting to see that the kitchen is between 2 bedrooms. some space is wasted with the main bedroom and bedroom 2 facing each other. One suggestion is to reposition the doors and use convert that area into a walk-in-wardrobe for the main bedroom.

10 days just for hacking?? That's very long.. Normally can complete hacking within 2 - 3 days...

How do you plan to patch the hole? I also have some small holes at the side of 1 door frame, but that's because i did not change the old door frame. For the spots at the gout, try the melamine sponge from daiso. It's very useful for cleaning white surfaces... But it's really easy for white gout to get dirty... facing that problem myself.. I totally understand your frustration, we all would like our house to be perfect, especially after the amount of money that we sank in.. But the reality is that we have to give and take at times loh.. Try to see what are the major items that has to be fixed and do not pay till they have been fixed! Small items then diy loh.. Jia you!
