My quotation has been finalised. It stands at 84.5k at the moment. Hopefully it won't increase anymore, otherwise my hubby will pull all his hair out... I've signed with Steven from Ideal House.

mine a bit sianz... the seller requested for 45 days b4 submitting the resale application. His deadline will be this Sun and he still has nt submitted the application... abit boh liao to wait so long... Our excitement dying already... What will happen if he misses the deadline?
