I am completely satisfied with their work. It was SUPERB according to my friends after seeing it last Sat during our house warming. Whatever we have discussed during the planning phase were all followed. Of course along the way there are some super minor misunderstandings, but all were closed within the time frame. By the way, who is your ID at ***? What I can suggest is that you should have a major TRUST with the ID so that the project will turn out nice for you.

Finally the renovation is almost 90% completed... We have moved in last 14 Oct as we need to vacate the rented flat on that day itself. The customized sofa has not been delivered yet coz of some delay in shipping so the furniture shop has lend us a loan sofa set which I really don't like... I don't have a choice so I have accepeted it. Wirings in the TV console will be done on Monday as we need to hide some of the wires for both Living area and Master Bedroom. Kitchen is still under construction since the laminated glass in the wall was broken by the plumber who fixed our kitchen sink.. I will post everything once all the furnitures have been delivered and of course the ultimate general cleaning.

Yes. I'm really thankful to them. I just came from Expo to buy the mattress and bedframe (King) for our bedroom. I bought the high end one Posture Care type. We need this to pamper ourselves....

I'll post the reno pics next week after their painting and lights installation... I just came from the house and it's very dark... So better to see it during day time...

Sad to hear these sentiments...I will take note of this when I visit the house next week. As a precaution, I have asked them to provide me again the final 3D so I can compare as well as the color that we have chosen. Hope everything can be settled amicably.

31K to be exact...the TV one is my choice... For the furnitures I don't think they get a cut because I was the one who selected the shop. They just helped me to choose the colors that will match our theme.. Reno cost is 31K though my budget is 40K. So I saved a lot.

Yes..yes...actually I haven't seen the house yet... Just getting the updates from my husband and my sisters... I will only go there by next week so that I can see the big difference and be amazed. What's good with them is they really make it a point to join us during our shopping spree...atleast we're sure that we are getting the right furnitures that will suit the concept. They also gave us some "freebies" like TV, Oven, Cooker, Hob, Sink from Teka. So far my experience with *** is superb!

So far it's okay...I haven't uploaded the pics yet coz for this week mostly is tiling works...false ceiling for living, dining and bedrooms are completed. The lights were delivered yesterday so they will be installing it this Friday and Saturday. Next week is painting plus the laminated flooring in our living area and then the carpentry works. I am very happy with the progress and so far no major issues involved.

I have just visited my flat this morning but unfortunately I forgot to bring my camera...well all hackings have been finished. False ceiling on living, dining and rooms are done. Electrical wirings and aircon piping have been completed as well. Some minr touch up on Monday maybe... Agendas for next week are: -Painting -Installation of lights -Tiling on living room, 2 toilets and kitchen
