sofa bed! plus a recliner which i'm bringing over cos mum don't want, so i grab! haha thanks! the sofa is abt $1.8k. half-leather.

matashi: think very very carefully. haha, lucky only my wardrobe area is black (which is bad enough). just short of my sofa bed and this room would be complete. waiting for Courts delivery next Sat. :) love the HTS6600, the sound is not bad! off to see curtains tomorrow.

spent quite some time at the house today. sofa from hommage was delivered by uninova. the delivery ppl were very thoughtful. they saw my parquet floor and asked if we bought floor protectors, then helped us to stick it on. they also laid the sofa down very very carefully. no scratches to the floor. hooray! now just waiting for hommage to deliver my bedframe & coffee table. then the locksmith came to change our lock, wanted to DIY, but old door, the holes too small for the newer locks nowadays, want DIY also cannot! also set up my IKEA lack side table & tv console. more pics on those tomorrow, which will be another busy day. town council plumber coming to check water pressure, one of my colleagues coming to check my floor tiles cos i complain cannot remove the dirt & stain, hopefully he can find ways to chemical wash it clean. followed by harvey norman ppl coming to mount my Philips 42" TV onto the wall in the game room. busy busy day ahead!! my sofa hubby's rockband set & PS3, along with the TV to be set up tomorrow (mu living room is in a mess!!)

ello ello. my sofa from hommage delivered alr. its not bad, its like wat we ordered. feels comfy to sit on. i think he get from uninova, cos they were the ones who came to set it up. the 2 delivery guys not bad, they saw my parquet flooring and asked if we bought floor protectors, then they help us to stick onto the sofa legs. then also carried very carefully to prevent scratching the floor. Eric from Hommage shld be delivering my bedframe and coffee table on monday evening. can't wait!

oh ya, my carpenter did mention he didn't do any backing for the oven compartment. means its just tiles behind. also, once u finish using the oven, leave the oven door open for heat to dissipate faster. :) and like u said, we not using oven everyday ma. once in a while only.

i was going to suggest sanrio. all the kiddy chopsticks. LOL

laminates look good! my oven also next to fridge, i dun have base, cos easier for me to pull out to do cleaning next time. i think shldn't be a problem abt the heat ba. my in-laws place also oven next to fridge.

my plumber shld be glad i'm not calling him back to strangle him. he did such a horrid job with my tap installation and accessories. got leak, install the corner glass shelf upside down. lucky my hubby know how to fix, cos i dunwan to deal with the plumber any more. now we researching to see if got any alternative ways to increase water pressure. or else really waste the money alr. how come the raindance is $500?? including mixer huh? the hansgrohe 27887 Raindance is $268, while the 31760 shower mixer is $130. so we spent abt $398 on the shower area.
