hello. Recently seeing 2 brands / models of fridges. . One is mitsubishi.. Stylist.. big and colors nice to choose.. Price: ~ 900 another one is Hitachi, there are 2 model nos. not bad.. one is a new model with Front jet freeze and 4 ticks ! - highly recommended lor.. but is slightly smaller in capacity.. n i do not like the handle at all.. no smooth tpye.. is those matt, rough.. Price: ~ 700++ One more is normal de.. 3 ticks, nice too.. i likes the handle sliver only.. Price: lesser ard 60$ from the new model.. oh, this is slighty bigger cap. Dilemma... !

Thanks, Prune.. but i really scare to go see see look look already... haha.. seeing bigger n bigger in the LCD inches ! so does the $$$. . But i think i need to narrow down.. as in the inch between 37" / 40" / 42" . And the brand / model : Samsung / Philips / or Toshiba ??

Hi all... Recently have been seeing LCD TV.. at HN, Best, as well as at the IT Fair today. And i started seeing 32" to 37" (as ppl said 32" is for them to place in their MBR) Aiyoo.. so i then look out for 37".. haha.. so on.. i saw Best denki got 1 40" Samsung.. not bad.. then now 42" !! Bigger n bigger wor !! the price is liked: 37" ~$900, 40" ~$1000-$1200, 42" ~$999-$1499 (which i saw few at IT Fair !!) However, i still do not know the spec / feathers well, so i nv cfm on which is the one i want !! Therefore, i wouldl like to ask whether anyone can give me more advise on the follows: THANKS ! Samsung 40" LCD Full HD $999 LA-40A550M Series 5 Philips 40" LCD Full HD 42PFL8404H 8404 (8000 Series) it the latest model with LED Ambilight at the back.. Hi, I recently bought this pull-out drawer for my kitchen cabinet too as i will need to pass it to my contractor before hand as for him to design n build my cabinet nicely. The brand is called Weimi (from Song Cho at IMM) also well-known as the "Chicken brand" it is lifetime warranty. But I have to tell you 1st, it is not cheap and the price is ard S$200. hi all, My very 1st hse is a 3-rm flat at TPY ! and i have decided to do a L-shaped Kitchen and i will be placing my washing machine side by side to the kitchen windows. Thus, between my washing machine and sink (on the L-shaped) will be a rubbish chute on the wall there. So i'm thinking whether to box up the rubbish chute or to buy some racks / those ikea-items (a piece of stand to drill onto the wall) above the chute as used to cover my chute. And at there.. i will be placing the softlen, dynamo powder etc.. OR now i'm thinking of whether to ask my contractor as to build up a storage rack at the concrete wall at the sink there... of which the the storage rack will be facing towards the windows.. Hello.. Just share some ideas with you My Aluminium Window Grilles for my 3 rm flat was ard $720.00. My hse consists of 5 grills: Living rm, Bedrm1, Bedrm2, Kitchen and utility rm (a very small rm at the back ! ;p) Actually i also duno expensive or not... ?? cos we have not yet cfm, still looking out for others.. as to compare then cfm. hello ! I have requested for a platform in my MBR, however most of my reno contractors / ids only quoted 4" of height for the platform.. so.. i was liked... "huh ?? so low only ? Cannot be higher meh ? " Is it really that there is a Rule n Reg that it must not higher than 4" ?? if really , i think i rather not to do the platform lor.. .. haha.. Cos myself had also heard b4 that, once reno is done, there will always be someone "come to ur hse to "take a look" if not pass, we will need to hack off and or redo ?!!! Is it true ?? Aiyoo.... so confuse... Pls help..

hi guys, We have just got our keys ard 1 week and right now is in the mid of selecting of reno id/contactor.. !! Excited !! However i did come across 1 contractor had quoted us: Plastering whole hse wall and ceiling - $2300 and for my other 3 renos are - $1450, $1400 and $1250 (as this is a fren's intro) So can it means that the average $$$ of plastering the whole hse is ard $1500 ?? But why one of our contractor's quote different so much ? I did ask him on this, he said how can it be for ard $1400 ??! Can someone advise me ? THANKS !!

Hi guys.. advise needed... regarding on the main entance door... which one is better ?? i have 1 id quoted me Naytoh solid wood with normal handle = $530, while another one quoted me 1 solid wooden main door (non-fire rated) = $450. May i know whioch is beter ?? I really have not idea.. As well, an wrought iron main gate costs $480 is it ecpensive ? Thanks vey much !

But by right, today 5th oct is our 2nd appt.. me n my hb shld have collected our keys of our flat lor.... but we stil have to wait for 10+ more days as we at the begining had already with the owners on their requesting.. as their new hse has not yet done up, so nevertheless... we kept our promise ! btw, mine is a 3-rm flat.. small small only I havent start a t-blog yet.. no time.. but will hope to start soon... and i really need all of you guys experienced ones to help me n hb on the reno parts !! i knew there are many many things to do de ! Anywy, right now me n my hb had go search for few reno ids and/or contractors.. and they are able to do it and quote the full reno prices for us.. but now we are still in the deep of selecting n copmparing of reno id... on which is the final one to choose !! And 1 more reason is that our owner still have not yet move out of the hse... so we are not able to have a GOOD look on the whole hse yet.. as there are many boxes and things all ard thehse.. liv rm..bedrms etc... sad... I will need full on of your advises again.. soon... thanks again..

However, we are now looking for reno id / contractors to reno our 3-rm flat.. so i need ur advise.. that do u think that shld we get the contractor to quote togther with our others reno-items ?? or we shld go and check with the Avanni which u suggest one ?? And also, on top of this... i need your advice as well. on choosing n comparing or different reno ids.. how n where shld i looking into it about ?? as in can see that.. ed. A quoted cheaper than B for the doors.. then anther items eg. platform in MBR A quoted much higher than B.. etc.. then how shld i continue ?? the hardmanship ?? And do we or the hdb had a actual rules about how high / thickness can the platform be ? liked 6" ?? or lower / higher ? Haha... as for the mattress / bed.. we have not go check or buy yet... becos my flat have not even started on any reno yet... saded... but we really looking forward much !! Thanks alots !!

Which i wanna see the angles, what's the height, which side of the bedroom have you place / built the platforms ? Are there many different kinds/designs of platforms ? normal / curved... etc ? Also, is it possible that i can ask my carpentry to build in so-called pull out drawers inside the platform ? and our king size matress will be on top.
