I 100% concur.Had them do a complete makeover for my newly bought resale flat.Price was a little steep but same thing had to compromise due to relatively poor overall workmanship.The design proposed was 50% impractical and just want you to do more so they can bleed your wallet more.Lots of hazard for kids with all the sharp corners.The finishing was crappy.Maybe can get better quality from Ikea and for the price you can redo all over again.Worst is the coordination,the ID makes his own arrangements and doesn't keep you in the loop causing a lot of inconvenience. Recently,I had some warranty from cracked tiles and water leaks to my neighbours downstairs.Initially the ID didn't respond,till I gave his number to the HDB officer then he bo bian had to take action.Once the fees are fully paid,you can expect a total change of attitude from them.Especially when it comes to rework and such.Good luck to them and hope they can improve on their services amd quality else they are going to lose more jobs if words go around.

Visited them some time back.Got conned into parting with 300 bucks for drawing.Money will be refunded if you take up their package.Quite pushy the boss.Doesn't really listen carefully to what you want and just anyhow come up with drawing far from what was discussed and wasted 300 bucks for nothing.In my opinion they are just contractors with a pretty good track record and many repeated customers so they say.Price quoted was acceptacle comparing to other big names.If the quality and finishing is good or if you are doing something simple,maybe can consider.But I forgo the 300 bucks coz discussion very difficult.

Hi guys, Just terminated my contract with ***** coz my ID left for U-home.Not too sure about this company.Last visit to their showroom in IMM was a bad experience.I was standing there with my floor plan in hand waiting to be served but I was totally like transparent and no one took a second look or asked if I wanted their services.My previous quote was close to 60K after deleting price for free system 3 aircon(2.2K) and cooker hob/hood(0.5K) for a EA package (27K) plus additional stuff like complete window and grills replacement and some others... price seems kinda steep at this current economical situation.I guess not many including myself are willing to part with this kind of money.Now my previous ID mentioned that the quote will stand if I switched to U-home.Plus a little extra like a 1k voucher for lightings and sure win spin gimmick with minimum $500 rebate.Seems like a better deal but unsure about their quality and finishings works.Would greatly appreciate any feedbacks or comments,cheers.
