My curtains, decking and lightings all done up! Lightings was cheap by the electrician not very good, took 6-7 hrs to finish installing and very messy. but Would really recommend Mr Chew for curtains!.... really niceeeee! and he made the lighting guy look stupid cos he took less than 3 hrs to install all the tracks, curtains and blind. Spick and spank too! Decking done by goodhill, also not bad.... very patient and good worksmanship.

Chengai wood frm one of the flyer contractor (dennis), ~1000sgd for L shape planter. Above prices only for orders of 3 and above, else is about 100sgd more. Interested pls msg me, will be firming up within these 2 days Lee

I don't mind getting it together if you guys are okay with it. For me, i most likely will be going for the merbau wood (much cheaper) wiith goodhill as they seem to be very experience in such projects. As for painting, i managed to get one to paint my 3+1 for 800sgd. If u guys are interested, i can pass u all the contacts.

They use merbau... they quoted me the low price too. I am also trying to ask ard is chengai better and neccesary? Was told merbau also outdoor wood. Another question i ask is, do we even know how to differentiate merbau from chengai from balau etc? If not, ppl tell u chengai but give u other stuff, u also LL

Any carabelle owners in this forum? Anyone interested for a get-together (BBQ, potluck, coffee etc)? Cheers =)

Hi, The contact for the curtain is Mr Chew, tel no is 96534689. Just tell him u recommended by neighbours in the same estate. He'll know

Hi Panggou Sounds Reasonable, tho IMHO you probably can push them down by another 1.5 - 2k. Mine is stack 17, initially also though of doing all these (L box, feature wall etc) but after getting the keys, feel that minimal alterations required (partly cos the unit not as big as i expected) so i'm just getting a contractor to do minor touch up n painting. Nice to know you. Hope to know more Carabellians here. =)

Hi RenoBB, Managed to obtain a good pricing for the wooden decking, 800sgd for my L-shaped planter. Will you be interested, maybe we can push the price lower if do together. If there's other carabellians interested, we could do a mass order and get a better price. rgds

you probably can exchange the bedframe for something else.... just ask them, they should be able to work smt out. According to my sales agent, they break down the package into 998 sofa, 250 coffee table, 400 console and 350 bedframe. Any items u decide to upgrade to, they'll use this as the base price.

I got mr chew recommended by a few forummers for curtains. His service is great and prices quoted are quite cheap (was quoted 1200SGD for 3+1 bedrooms and a living room). Planter box not firm up yet.
