is it??i heard that homogeneous tiles cant be polished one...

hI i hope forumers here cld help me, i bought a 6yr old resale flat and the floor is homogeneous tiles type. it has a few areas which already blurred n doenst shine when look from an angle...also i realised when i used normal floor cleaner, it make the floor less shiny..is it true?anyone gt any advice in maintaining shiny part of homogeneous tiles.

where got GST one?when i sign the agreement form it stated only 1%...where got gst one...u sure or not

I am a truly unwilling party when it comes to paying COV...oh my goodness...we have to fork out 5 figure cash...(hard earned) to buy something a OLD hdb flat...recently i ask my agent to look for flat with low COV..he told me impossible as recently, COV has picked up...now WHY is COV picking up when we r in a deep recession..whats going on here?where is the sense?
