All Items 1 to 6 looks over priced and expensive. Is it some branded stuff that the ID is supplying you? Take the quote to another few ID firm and compare the diff.

I will need to get a contractor to construct a wall in the near future once my daughter grows older and need her own room. Because now the 2 rooms is currently hack down into one big room. Hence will like to know what will be the estimated cost to construct a concrete wall to build it back into 2 seperate rooms + all the related works.

I have hacked off a wall to merge 2 rooms into one big master room 5 years ago. But in the near future intend to build up that wall (contrete wall) to build it back into 2 rooms. Any idea how much will it cost to build a concrete wall ? And now room is covered by laminate flooring, do i need to rip off the entire room's laminate flooring just to build the wall?

Well. I actually regreted doing white color flooring for living and dining (ceramic). Always got to clean, if not you will strands of hair and dirts on the floor. And White flooring doesn't really match finishing well. Regret i did not choose dark grey or brown color flooring.

I got mine done by the contractor for about $300. Never regret it at all.

What do you guys think of white flooring vs darker flooring? Which looks better?
