my OIC lagi swee man. currently on leave and back on 9 Oct!! zanie, wat is the status of your flat? is it "HDB will invite you to take possession (ie collect keys) of your new flat in due course."? By right they should have a column on loan status (ie. in process, approved, pending etc) as least we will be able to know if our documents has reached them safely.

Agree with ML too, was trying to delete my post on the *** issue but unable to. Happy to know tat the contractor has handed the keys of blk D to HDB. I managed to get a quotation from a ID and was given 2 options but in hard copy. If i've the time, i'll scan or type and post it.

Hi, my friend took the keys to her new flat, produce her ROM cert only a year later. She keep giving excuse to HDB that she can't find an auspicious date to customery. So within a year should be fine. Hi, anyone has any idea on HLE? Do we have to apply ourselves or upon receiving of letter for key collection from HDB but wouldn't this be too late as they need time to approve.

Hi Hi, may I know wat is the PCD (Prob Completion Date)? Like maybe 2nd Qtr but you got the keys earlier which is in mar. So tat I can have an idea and it will not clash with my wedding. TIA!
