Tension, you have to know what you want. Contractors/IDs can offer you a very attractive quote but it might not be your ideal. Let them know your budget and tell them what you need, be reminded of hidden cost.

Hi Ikoice, i got my FSM to view my unit today. Think i hv to forego my reno theme cos my living rm, bedrooms are all different colours!! Since already consult so hv to follow lor.. My Id told me that the in/out pipe can be saw off but not completely... will still be able to see the 2 points lor. Actually shifting is possible, you can check with your ID and piping can be conceal too.

Hi dino, i'm from blk D. Submitted my loan early sep. Went to HDB on 1 Oct to check on my loan status and apparently they mentioned that they still need me to submit my sep payslip and I submitted on the same day. Officer emailed me yesterday that my loan has been approved on 1 Oct and fixed appt for key collection shortly. I'm not able to join this sun probably another outing. The carpark garden has no shelter wouldn't it be warmed???
