Hi, is it that the longer blades, higher spinning power is the best to choose for ceiling fan(in term of stronger wind)? will it be durable since they are using more power and heavier? a noob on ceiling fan.. neber use before.. those who had used before can comments? Thanks..

Anybody bot aircon liao or considering 1? share yr tots man.. heez thinking of getting non-inverter 3 ticks aircon (toshiba or daikin)at abt 1.8 - 2k or Fujistu Sys 3 inverter (4 ticks) at 2550K by Hong Tai... a few hundred to 1k difference based on diff models n brands.. We don use air con that often so was thinking no point in getting inverter.. unless we on 2 or more aricons at the same time and use it often.. will only use when its veri hot at night.. so electrical bills wont be so high i guess..

Hi guys n ladies, went to Poh Joo at jalan besar and bought most of my hardware stuffs, Hob and Hood and storage heater from them.. cos their price is gd. I did a comparsion btw Goh Ah Bee, Eunos Warehouse, Sim Siang Choon.. Poh Joo definately had the edge.. Highly recommended is their Hob and Hood Package.. 500 plus with free micro Oven.. veri worth it man.. can't find it at other shops i guess.. if u all are keen.. can go n visit them.. they are highly recommended in the forum oso.. bot fridge and washing machine (both toshiba) from GAB.. price ok la.. cheaper den courts, HN, BEST for sure.. As for the bathroom door... there r 2 suggestions.. 1) if can sell the door.. gd.. so can get some cash back.. 2) if cannot sell, keep it for future usage.. if other doors spolit.. of cos. its pointless.. but LL no choice la if cannot sell.. haha

Yoz neighbours, Lets end the arguements/discussions here on the gate issue on who's responsibility, design issues, impacts and etc.. There are 2 ways to rectify this problems. 1) demand the coy that install the gate w/o observing the safety regulations to rectify this the prob.. report it to them.. the more the merrier.. 2) pay our own $$ to rectify it and alert the building coy/ hdb or such a loophole which i think they already knew this problem all along(just that they don care cos nothing serious had happened yet).. We paid so much $$ for these flat of cos we want most of the thing swee swee.. if not we might as well don report defects and live in it since we are so 'kind'.. lolz Have a good fri!! and weekend..
